61  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's in the game, after all? on: February 10, 2020, 09:04:48 PM

But the question being asked here is what we all feel so fun about gambling that we are doing it again and again despite knowing that we are going to loose in the end. Like for example smoking or drinking gives you pleasure and you feel great when you do it, but with gambling what is that which keeps us keep doing it again and again? I would say that is the financial factor related to gambling because we all are here online for money, let's be honest and gambling seems like an easy option to earn money.

While talking of fun, sports betting can be really fun if you watch sports because you watch them and then you get a chance to cash your feeling which actually gives goosebumps first time you do it, just recall the moment when you did it first time Wink.

The thing is, you're not necessarily going to lose against the house, even in the long run.

The vast majority of games have a house edge of between 1 and 5%. Because of this, around 45% of people can be expected to beat the house, even in the long run.

Depending on whether you're able to cut you're losses while you're ahead, or not. That's a pretty good odds for many people.

Issues only arise when people get greedy. And boy, are we all greedy mofos!

Love the mechanics of this game;

Simply place your bet, and select an Avocado from the first row. Each row has a 75% chance winning.

You can take your profits whenever you want, or keep clicking for Avacados to win more than 10x your wager.

So simple, but soooooo satisfying.
63  Economy / Gambling / Re: exbet.io | The Bitcoin Betting Exchange on: February 10, 2020, 08:13:59 PM
Just got the following message while trying to load the site;

"exbet.io - the Bitcoin betting exchange - is not available in your territory right now."

Can anybody provide a list of blocked countries? Do you guys allow VPN usage? Please let me know.
64  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲[Official] PlayYourBet.com | Get 100% Deposit Bonus Up To €2000🎁 | Play Now♣️ on: February 10, 2020, 12:04:32 AM
Glad to see you guys are running a signature campaign and adding value to the forum, hopefully this turns out well for your brand.

Do you guys have an affiliate scheme? If so, can you drop the details in this thread so everybody can see it? Would definitely help those that want to advertise your site on their website, blog or social media channels.

So many great new casinos cropping up lately, PlayYourBet.com, Luckydice.com, CyberDice. Is this the golden age of crypto casinos?
65  Economy / Gambling / Re: MegaDice.com - Bitcoin Dice - Invest in Bankroll - Happy hour 0.5% House edge on: February 09, 2020, 11:39:29 PM
Hej! I came here from old satoshidice thread - nobody is looking at that anymore??? Satoshidice and megadice not the same management or same but different site (ethereum and bitcoin ?!)
thanks

Can't you see the big red warning flag at the top of the thread?

That means this site is almost certainly either suspicious or a proven scam—in this case the latter!

Take a look at OPs trust;

"Scammed newalias out of 19 BTC winnings. Do not play here." see reference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5204156.0

Does this seem like a platform you want to play at?
66  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCPLAYMANIA - best bitcoin casinos in one place ⭐ [EN/RU] on: February 09, 2020, 07:38:27 PM
Looks like your platform really does have only the very best platforms listed, kudos to that.

Normally I take a look at these affiliate platforms and blogs, and they have a bunch of trash casinos listed, and didn't perform any due diligence whatsoever.

Any reason why neither Luckydice.com or BitKong are listed though? These are both hugely popular platforms from an established team.
67  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: February 09, 2020, 07:02:10 PM
For people who does not have enough income to live a comfortable life, we try to find ways to end the struggle, we take big risk to gain big rewards so if we will be successful, we don't need to work anymore and just enjoy the rest of our life doing the things that we can't do due to lack of money.

are you one of the people who dream like this?

This sounds like a lazy man waiting into something to fall into his lap. This is the problem to people, we always  hoping something that can make us literally sit down and spend our money. This is not how life goes. You need to set it up, you should take the process. Don't get me wrong Gambling was a nice way to earn money However, if you don't have a proper knowledge on how you use your money, in case you win a big amount, it will burn as time goes by. What we need is a stable cashflow, these tools are just a support, we still need to have that skill.
Correct skills in dealing with money management, in case you win huge you can divert it and use it in other forms of investment and not locking yourself to this venue of activities over and over, once you got the chance of winning big amount of money it's best to take yourself away from gambling, you will be more successful when you are outside from gambling and have a good alternative ways to earn more money.

That's right.

If you don't have money management skills, then you have no purpose gambling.

Personally, I invest around 30% of my income in low risk activities like stocks, shares and bonds, whereas a small fraction of my income, e.g. around 5% is for playing on sites like luckydice.com and nitrogensports. I don't expect to win life changing amounts, but some risk in addition to the fun makes it a good way to pass the time and potentially earn.
68  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction Can Seriously Diminish The Quality Of Your Life. on: February 09, 2020, 05:50:01 PM
My husband had this addiction for 5+ years. He killed our account or bills too many times. Awful to think of it now. Like all addicts, he didn't realize he had a problem and refused to get help. But when he lost all our money and I couldn't even buy enough food, I understood that it was enough. I asked our family and friends for help. We all persuaded my husband to enter a rehab center program. Many addiction treatment programs are expensive, but we found a free one. It will be about 2 years soon since he overcame gambling addiction. I hope will never return to it again. And I feel sorry for people who have to go through this every day.

Not sure why you felt the need to bump a four year old thread in order to post this.

If your husband had an issue, then it's not his fault you guys had no money to buy food, he should never have been allowed to access your money in the first place.

What's the name of the free rehab clinic though? A huge people need that service around here.

70  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Provably fair dice game 🎲 $1,000 Daily Race💰7-day streak bonus🔥 on: February 09, 2020, 04:57:52 PM
Most winners of the Daily race are actually on private which makes me question the legitimacy since it is like this with pretty much every daily race.. Play with caution.

Maybe It is because most winners are smart people who know that it is not a good idea to share their user name on a public forum especially when everybody can see how much they are making.

I really don't think anybody cares how much anybody is making.

One of the reasons why dices sites like wolf.bet and luckydice.com among others provide a leaderboard and daily race is to give the other players a chance to flex.

Realistically, I dont think anybody is going to bother searching for users on BTT to beg for money. After all, there are plenty of millionaires on the forum, some of them very public. Surely they would be stronger targets?
71  Economy / Gambling / Re: MALUBIT.com - Livesport - Bitcoin - Betting! on: February 09, 2020, 04:55:10 PM
Are there any features that distinguish your platform from the dozens of other sportsbooks out there?

So far, it's looking pretty generic, barring the great design.

Also, can you tell us who your odds data supplier is, so we can check your markup?
72  Economy / Gambling / Re: +0.1 BTC/DAY | PRIVATE SCRIPT | $10K+ EARNING PROOF on: February 08, 2020, 11:28:08 PM
Only morons believe that there is a system that can beat the house long term.

The only way to succeed against the house is to know when to pick your bets, and know when to take your profits.

If you can't do either of these, then you'll be in the majority of players that eventually lose in the long run.

This guy claims to generate 0.1 BTC per day (or around $1k), but is here peddling his apparent money-making bot for just 1-day's money? obvious bs.

Be gone op.
73  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★MyDiceBot★ - Ultimate Bitcoin Dice Bot. Bet More, Earn More! on: February 08, 2020, 11:24:08 PM
Doesn't practically every dice site offer automatic betting functionality now? I know that Luckydice, Primedice and Crypto-games all do.

So what exactly is point of this bot?

Also, how is this product monetized? Doesn't look like there's any subscription fee to speak of?
74  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What p2p games will you play? on: February 08, 2020, 11:20:27 PM

If you have noticed recently there was promotion about the P2P betting site related to binary trading (BETLLER.IO) it was stopped already and I guess only few are playing against each other. I have not see other p2p gambling sites but what sort of games do you think will work for p2p that you think you will play?

I would definitely like to see more P2P Hold 'em poker, there are too sites offering this right now.

Would also be nice to see a P2P dice game, where several people throw dice and whoever gets the highest score wins the pot. I don't think I've seen a site offering a game like this despite it being pretty easy to implement.

Also, it would be sweet if a platform could make a P2P version of crash, seems like it could easy to add on given how the game works.
75  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice – Bitcoin Casino With Online Slots, Bitcoin Crash & Bitcoin Investment on: February 06, 2020, 11:40:02 PM
The real surprising thing here is that, if a person is capable of doing something like this for a faucet, how much developing skill does he have that goes unused? I mean we are talking about a guy who built a software that tries the faucet automatically, then if he busts switches the account and IP/VPN to try another account and continues as long as possible until he actually abuses the faucet, now that is some software developing skills right there, I personally wouldn't know how to do that and I have been a web developer for years! So we are talking about a guy who could use these kinds of skills he has on something much more productive instead of destructive and could make a decent amount of money, yet he uses his powers for evil and not for good, which is shocking.

That's the problem, there's so much untapped talent out there. Some of these people will talent end up using it for nefarious purposes.

There's actually an entire term devised for it—criminal ingenuity.

With that said, creating a script to automatically claim faucet and switch IPs is not exactly rocket size. Anybody with basic python knowledge could do it, and you could get a script kiddie to whip one up for less than $100.

i believe mintdice team have already thought about such possible abuse and who knows, they have their tight security measures in place already? being in the gambling industry, you should think of these things esp that softwares are now getting sophisticated.
this is the reason why they are in continuous development, improving their system, checking possible bugs, adding more features on their site etc...

Looks like Mintdice doesn't really get updated often though, it's quite a based platform compared to some of the more recently released dice sites making the rounds on BTT.

Regardless, I'm sure any dice site that isn't completely stupid knows that there will be people trying to abuse the faucet. It's necessary to have stringent controls in place, but also ensure that genuine customers can use the faucet to test out the site.

Getting the balance right is what distinguishes an OK from a GREAT dice site.
76  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Win a Presidential plane... on: February 06, 2020, 10:31:13 PM
I find some interesting lines into this article.https://nypost.com/2020/02/03/mexican-president-wants-to-raffle-off-his-plane/

Mexican president do make such lottery or raffle to distract from Mexico's record homicide rate and violence and also this,
It says the ticket fee of $25 will go toward medical equipment and hospitals offering free care for the poor.

Do you really buy on that reason?

If this really happens and all the collected money goes in a good cause, there is nothing better than that. The idea of Mexican president is not only interesting but also it made many people surprised that such an idea could come from the president house.  Smiley

Do anyone knows, has this lottery been started and when the draw will be done ? I would really love to know how many people participated and who was the lucky winner.

This is indeed a nice way to get money to help a country collect funds without losing anything in reality and the plane will be bought back with profit. When people will know that the amount collected will be used to help the poor and the needy, many will join the lottery, even they had no interest in the prize.
Don't know about the exact date but i read 15 Feb.
Quote
He said he’ll make a final decision on the drawing Feb. 15.

I doubt he will sell out 6 million tickets by then, so he will probably end up giving the plane away for a lot less than it's worth.

It would have been much more efficient to simply sell the plane at an auction, to a chart company or even an airline company.

He would probably have raised more money that way, and hence made more money to pour into healthcare/schools etc.
77  Other / Archival / Re: Kold's Private sport tips [LIVE BETTING][Real 69%+][Honest] on: February 06, 2020, 09:46:36 PM
You are doing well so far, hopefully you can make a solid name for yourself on here.

That might be difficult though since there are a huge number of tipsters climbing out of the woodworks lately.

Must be the bull market?
78  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♠️CASINEOS.COM - New EOS Casino with Blackjack, Sports Betting, Dice 🎲 on: February 06, 2020, 08:44:44 PM
@Casineos, I would really recommend only providing your free deposits to established members on the forum.

The vouch of new users, or even Jr. members and members on this forum is practically worth nothing, since it's child's play to achieve these ranks here.

Maybe stick to offering the deposits to full members and above, otherwise you're practically throwing your money away.

Also, how comes your Dice is so basic? Take a look at Luckydice.com for some inspiration.
79  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ TRUE FLIP 🐬 GAMES ★★★ 200% WELCOME BONUS + 50 FREE SPINS! ★★★ on: February 06, 2020, 08:42:06 PM
Hey guys,

Do you have a gambling license and where is your headquarters based?

Looks like you accept fiat deposits (via Neteller), doesn't that mean you need to be licensed with a regulator, like the Malta gambling authority?
80  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥BitKong.com🔥⭐Updated Game V2⭐New Bonuses⭐New Currencies⭐Native Android APP⭐ on: February 06, 2020, 01:35:38 PM
The high roller leaderboard is absolutely stacked with big wins today!

Good job all winners!

Bull market + big wins = pure joy IMO.

Looks solid. Seems like most of the big wins tend to have a multiplier between 2-10. Not too many high risk, high reward chasers on this list.

Definitely going to factor this into my strategy!
