421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN = FUTURE on: July 29, 2018, 10:19:48 PM
I do believe in bitcoin but I can not take the risk of investing all my saving  or all my money into it.I am afraid because I know to myself that I don't have so much knowledge in investing,I need to learn more maybe in the future If I am already confident enough to take all the risk then I will invest all my money.

I think its good thing you did not invest all of your money in BTC. I also believe BTC is a great investment but at the same time is risky and only with time will the profit show.
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can you invest in bitcoin without being scammed? on: July 29, 2018, 10:18:11 PM
You can buy bitcoin directly from the reliable exchanges market in your country or you can buy it by choosing well known exchanges like Coinbase, Kraken by swift transfer.

that's true the only way not to get scammed which by the way by now I'm sure you now its quite likely is by really investigating the source you're buying from.
423  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins and bitcoin - Where is the good investment now? on: July 28, 2018, 09:15:08 PM
I think now is a good time to invest in both because BTC will go up and the altcoins will then also follow the same trend soon afterwards. In terms of altcoins I'd go for low value ones as they can give many fold profit, if can't go for BTc directly.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Truth about altcoins on: July 27, 2018, 11:09:43 PM
We are in the early stages of cryptocurrencies and the other thing for certain is that only a select few of the nearly 1500 coins and tokens will continue into the future...it will be interesting to see what will survive into the future.

That's true. There are so many new coins entering the market yet it would be interesting to see which ones actually make it into wider adoption. I think, ETH though has good chances.
425  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade? on: July 27, 2018, 11:07:34 PM
Day trade is good now, or is just when market is more unstable ?

Day trade is good if you are going for a full time because the market price is volatile so you will be earning more profit daily or monthly depending on when you plan's to cash out.

That's true. Day trading is good for short term investments with coins that start off low in value because they can make you a quick profit in weeks or sometimes months.
426  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does holding long term can be worthy despite of unpredictable market? on: July 26, 2018, 11:07:18 AM
I think we'd all like to know the right answer to this question. The market can be unpredictable and long term holding can get frustrating but for me I know that the technology is so great that there is no way it will fail.
427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling addiction mainly due to loneliness and dissatisfaction? on: July 26, 2018, 11:05:31 AM
Yesterday I watched a video about addiction on youtube: https://youtu.be/ao8L-0nSYzg. It was a real surprise to me that according to recent research people are addicted to drugs mainly because they can't bond well with people and are not able to live a satisfying life. The research shows that when an addicted person appears in a loving and caring environment, the addiction kind of disappears (even heroin addiction). I wonder what are your thoughts on this matter and whether you think you could say the same about gambling addiction.

Gambling addiction is different from drug addiction in terms of reasoning from someone who is into it. Addiction in gambling is because people are dissatisfied with what they already won in a gambling, and tend to lose it all even if they know they are not winning the game.

I think that gambling addiction is pretty similar to drug addiction, I mean it's the same chemicals that are released in the brain as when you do drugs.
What you're describing is a symptom of gambling addiction, not the root cause.

I'd say it's certainly possible that people turn to gambling and get addicted because they are dissatisfied with their life;

yes, gambling is more than just the game itself because of the addiction. I think most people start gambling initially for fun and sometimes they get carried away.
428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What factors scare others from investing into bitcoin? on: July 25, 2018, 06:17:52 PM
There will be a lot of factors that scares everyone to invest in bitcoin but a preponderance percentage of it will be the feel of uncertainty wherein people aren't brave enough to take the risks and prove to themselves that it is really worthy. They tend to rule out negativity without even trying.

I agree. Not many people are risk takers and for those individuals the fear of uncertainty overrides all the other factors. There is no bigger fear than the fear of loss.
429  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I wish I dump all the BTC in late DEC 2017 on: July 25, 2018, 11:35:13 AM
For buying more BTC or just for the exit?
We are going to see many new all time high and you are going to find some new opportunity to dump your BTC. But I think you are not going to do that.

People feel that the Dec last year high was the only high that will be their for all time and in future it may not cross it. Well it will cross easily only thing it may take some months to happen . So yes those who had bought at those high levels and holding are feeling the pinch which is the case.

We all expect that the price will rise far above 20K its just a matter of time and how long that is no body knows. But its true most people wish they'd dumped it all last year.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in the bright future of Crypto? on: July 24, 2018, 09:15:31 PM
Every year , cryptocurrency is in great demand, and probably everyone wants it to come into life more

Of course, everyone wants some and of course crypto has a bright future. In fact, I don't know why are some people of a different opinion?
431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How well does Bitcoin function as a currency? on: July 24, 2018, 09:14:15 PM
Successful currencies meet three criteria:

(1) they are in widespread use as medium of exchange
(2) they serve as unit of account
(3) they are a stable store of value.

Most sovereign currencies fully meet all three criteria.

What about Bitcoin?
My opinion on bitcoin is the only true digital currency, which today continues to increase the intensity of its use. But what you say in this post, I think the world wants from the bitcoin, can not be the same and must be different. Bitcoin has it's own strategy.

I think so far BTC is slowly increasing its medium exchange base and although its not quite stable for various reasons it does however hold a lot of value. With that said, BTC is nearing the digital currency.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good amount to invest? on: July 22, 2018, 06:46:54 PM
Its all a matter of choice depends on the amount you can handle or lose during investment how much profit do you intend to make from your investment i say again invest what you can lose its a gamble.

I'd say if you pick a coin you think its the best with minimal risks or risks you're comfortable with then above 500 or so its a good amount.
433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: July 22, 2018, 06:45:26 PM
Gambling is just like smoking or drinking alcohol. The individual who participates in it may lose his money and health. But at the same time, these activities contribute huge amounts of money to the government coffers.

Yeah, gambling its perceived negatively because its an addiction and it can be very hard to come off it. Also, in most cases individuals can't stop themselves and end in very bad situations like selling even people dear to them, never mind selling their home.
434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are online gambling games fixed? on: July 22, 2018, 06:42:54 PM
Ever heard of the phrase Provably Fair?

These are the gambling websites with transparency and are therefore more likely to not be scams. Its the new trend in crypto gambling sites
435  Economy / Speculation / Re: Main reason for the price drop on: July 22, 2018, 06:40:39 PM
1. Some is selling (pretty obv one)
2. A market maker is pushing the price down to accumulate more
3. General market cycles
what did I miss?

Good and relevant points. I think the likeliest could be the natural cyclic process of the market and indeed manipulation of it by the giants  Roll Eyes
436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have only 200€ to invest on: July 22, 2018, 06:32:50 PM
I think if you have much better capital trading with coins that have high prices and potentially like btc, eth, ltc and xrp.

That's not much but then it doesn't matter much as long as you pick a nice coin that would make you more. Despite, the comments on here I'd suggest BTC or ETH because of the potential it has for the next couple of months.
437  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or not? on: July 22, 2018, 06:29:40 PM
If I lost most of my capital in one coin, I will hold the first to coin it up again, whether it can be called trading or not?
Give your opinion Smiley
It depends on what you can do, if you have good technical skill then invest in trading. Trading of crytpocurrencies are only for the people who love to take risks. You will face a lot of risks if you will make investment with crypto.

Its a hard decision to take especially when the risks are so high but as long as this works for you then why not? It all depends on where you stand.
438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in altcoin? on: July 20, 2018, 07:04:29 AM
Putting resources into altcoins pays off considerably quicker than some other, in the event that you realize what to do. It is generally a here and now and medium-term prospect. You can procure on this without contributing for quite a long time, in short-medium-term exchanging - exchanges for purchasing/offering. The market works such that it is conceivable to acquire both on the upward and on the descending developments. Such ventures are the most secure and generally productive.

The use of altcoins is just another avenue for making money out of the main streams. It also increases the odds of making profit in general.
439  Economy / Speculation / Re: The rise of bitcoin continues on: July 20, 2018, 07:00:31 AM
It has not started yet as it might continue to rise little by little  till the end of the year. More investors are budging into the cryptocurrency and investing big.

Yeah, many more investors and new people are pulling in now which is great news for BTC community. The trend hasn't changed much since the 10% rise.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to move to BTC on: July 19, 2018, 11:10:45 AM
in my opinion, if Now is a very serious time to actually transfer all assets to BTC, because now very many people say that bitcoin rate will grow very rapidly. so I think Invest in BTC every time you have a chance and you will be happy later after you do it now at the current price.

BTC in my opinion has always been a good coin to invest in as its a strong coin due to its early market emergence. And if circumstances allow, then I'd say do buy BTC, you can't go wrong with the coin that regulates the entire market.
