Absence of a pattern or order is an indication that it may be random. What my premise is that our lack of ability to account for "every" "variable" makes things "appear" "Patternless". Like E.g a coin toss, It may appear to be "Random" 50/50 event but in reality if you were given all the variables like e.g wind etc. You could "predict" with more than 50% "certainty" the outcome. BTW I totally agree with what @Franky1 said... A coin toss is physics. If all the variables are known you could predict it. But prior to the toss (if conducted without deliberate bias) all the variables are not known so for the purpose of gambling or predicting the outcome it will be random with even odds. |

I would like to see all the old threads related to this.. Not this drama.. I thought I had provided a neutral statement on it. That Ognasty / Nastyfans was a victim / investor in the Ponzi and that it led to accusations by some members. I'm not interested in being involved in this drama - just documenting what happened. That involves telling multiple sides of the story - sometimes that will contain some bias. Even if I have an opinion on a matter I try to write the historical threads in a neutral manner. |

So rather than keep to a definition that is objectively enforceable and sensible to ensure only information that is presented as true is true. You want a definition that means the mods would need complete knowledge of every members life to enforce that is therefore meaningless and valueless. Anything could be inflammatory if you have personal knowledge of a persons life that may not even seem inflammatory to other readers at all. Trolling from a forums perspective is only objectively enforceable using the forums definition in the rules as they are now.
