No. All alts are almost pegged to bitcoin. There are no alt what have a real word economy behind it, what would make it independent. If bitcoin drops everything else will go down as well. |

I've been noticing the price usually periodically dropping. The price doesn't exactly drop significantly. Just enough to make people stressed and rather worried. I have always been in a position in which the price's increase has indeed always been a reward for people who truly believe in Bitcoin and care for its well being. It can be rather worrisome when you've placed $400 worth of BTC in your wallet for price increases, then the next day you find that you've lost about $50. Sure it's not a huge number but it's a number nonetheless.
What can we do to make it only rise and never fall? I have been meaning to have this question answered.
The only way to achieve this if you can maintain a few hundred thousand btc worth buy wall on the bigger exchanges what you constantly keep moving upwards  . Not impossible, but a bit pricey. |

In theory BitcoinNational's list. In reality hype and price manipulation... I mean marketing. Some of the technologically most advanced coins are dying while some well marketed useless craps are flying high.

Hope that LISK don't be dumped after launch It almost certainly will be dumped on some level at launch. That's what used to happen all the time. Then after the initial dump it's going to gain some momentum and will start climbing up. We'll see how much time Lisk will need to gain momentum and how high it can go. |

Why banks hate bitcoin... And why we no longer need them...
What banks can do better than bitcoin. If bitcoin also have almost all features of banks. Only must have an internet and you can use bitcoin already.
And bitcoin has faster transactions than the bank and more secure I guess.
Banks do not hate bitcoin. They are not interested in it and see btc as very unstable asset. But they like the technology behind it. BTW it isn't faster than a fast track payment here in the UK, also bitcoin is a lot more insecure and lot less foolproof than a bank account. |

No, bitcoin at it's current transaction processing level isn't capable of handling the hundreds of thousands daily transactions what even a smaller country can generate. It would be good for micro nations but certainly not for anything bigger than a thousand people. Also, states are do not like more or less anonymous unregulated currencies what they cannot control and can swing 40% in value twice a day if a few pumpers got drunk somewhere in China or in the States . |

If those who are in power responded with a drop of 100 000k troops when this happens, it wouldn't happen.
Probably small "hunter-killer" groups would be more useful in such environment, but in general I agree with your concept. Terrorists should have a bounty on their heads and should be hunted down even if that takes years. |

Depends on the circumstances and on location. Gold working fine without electricity, internet and long explanations about what it is, so it has certain advantages over bitcoin.

What about selling stuff for btc what they can/want to use for something in real life? Then you don't have to explain bitcoin with "simple words and sentences" to woman as they will find it out themselves.

I actually don't think they intend to scam / are scammers, they're most likely not, it's just that this is a little weird. Why can't it be a proper crowdsale, why must it be donations?
I guess they don't want to draw the attention of various financial and regulatory organizations. No such issues with donations, even folks from the States can buy into... errr... donate money and get their stuff. |

Well, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are NATO members so they can ask for US assistance to tackle a real or imaginary Russian threat. So the presence of a US warship is actually OK. Of course the Russians want to keep an eye on that ship, so their action is also OK. It's also a good opportunity for the western politicians and media to distract attention from their actions at home like getting involved in money laundering and then exempting each other from anti money laundering schemes or letting more third world savages into our countries. That's not quite so OK :/. |

For me the main reason of using "Unlicensed Exchangers" because of they are unlicensed therefore on some level free from banksters and govt thieves. OK, normal thieves are also annoying but at least they aren't paid from my tax for stealing my money . |

Trade haven't stopped even during the worst times in human history, and until goods and money moving around there's always a future. When we start exchanging bullets for potatoes and pork ribs with our neighbours that will be sure sign of a big trouble.

Well, it appears those who said Guy Fawkes was "the last man to enter Parliament with honest intentions" were right.

Pretty much depends on what will happen around the halving. If bitcoin goes into bubble mode that can drag a couple of other coins with itself so we can see more than one $1 billion coins.
