3861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][ICO] | Beaxy | 4% BXY REWARD | on: December 01, 2018, 09:22:28 AM
For the rest, I'll let you know if there is a KYC needed but every participant (minus multi accounts) will be paid anyway.

A KYC to get the bounties? I seriously doubt that Beaxy wants to go in that direction.
KYC = Know Your Customers.
The definition of a customer is: one that purchases a commodity or service.
Does participating in a bounty campaign mean buying a good or service? Clearly not!

Now, if you guys look at the situation carefully, it becomes funny.
Beaxy asked the bounty participants to provide a service (promoting Beaxy) in exchange for a payment (in Beaxy coins).
It is therefore logical to think that WE have the right to ask them for a KYC.

Right, was talking about that since a year.
There is nothing to do with KYC for bounty participants.
There are 2 ways why campaigns asking for KYC.
1) collect personal data
2) avoid payments.

that's it!

Aerys2 can you please comment on this?

By the way, did you guys just did the KYC or you will try to persuade the team to exclude KYC on bounty participants?
3862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: November 28, 2018, 04:06:03 AM
how much is fee for a coin to join waves dex ?

If you are interested to create your own on that platform it charge only 1 WAVES and than get started there without having any coding knowledge. There are thousands of unknown tokens which are being trading on this platform already.
I like how easy it is to make a token on the waves platform I have done it and it was simple.
I hope waves can go to 10 cents so I can accumulate many cheap coins for the future  Grin

Waves integration with many popular coins will probably make it very popular and a chance to be on the top. Easy and low fee on creation of tokens makes too many garbage tokens there on that beautiful dex.
3863  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: TVE | TheViralExchange | P2P Marketing | Earn BTC with Social Media | on: October 15, 2018, 06:42:12 AM
Yes, since last time I spoke here nothings changed
Checked today - same error
That's not a big problem for me, I didn't have big balance, but somebody could have..

I also have small balances there. But I believe I can still withdraw those coins?
3864  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [PTOY] Patientory Healthcare on the Blockchain on: October 04, 2018, 07:05:41 AM
I can always see Patientory present on many conferences and other events that relates the purpose of this coin. But on that too many gatherings, are there some that are interested in using the technology? I think this is probably the first or let us just say one of the earliest in crypto that are targeting health services. I hope Patientory can achieve its use case soon.
3865  Economy / Economics / Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ? on: September 17, 2018, 11:12:57 AM
People will become comfortable using it when they realized that it is easier without consent from banks and government laws. But before that, the volatility level is still quite and issue. A wider adoption will change it.
3866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want a long term investment what s the best choice for now? on: August 15, 2018, 07:51:18 AM
I want a long term investment what s the best choice for now?
And thank you for ur help

For long-term investment is only suitable bitcoin. All other coins can not be profitable for a long time it are better used for short-term investments.

You are funny. I bet big coins like ethereum, litecoin, nem and may more will grow bigger in the next few years. Bitcoin is good long term but I believe that some of these fundamentally sound coins will overtake.
3867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [LTC] Litecoin future in 2018 on: July 11, 2018, 02:20:40 PM
Litecoin is considered as the silver to bitcoin's gold and has massive potential in the future. The coin currently has a market captial of $5 billion and can cross the $400 marl easily by the end of 2018. The coin has been accepted by Coinbase, which has increased its market capital a lot.
In the future, the coin with its blockchain of 2.5 minutes will make transactions much more speedier and secure. Segwit activation has helped a lot with that. It is a good coin and one can expect good returns from it.

I also believe on litecoin and many other coins that have good potentials. Litecoin is one of the most used coin online and this will surely noticed sooner than later.
3868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not haram for zakat, stressed the mosque leader in London on: June 27, 2018, 02:39:04 PM
This news could make more Muslim brothers to get involved in cryptos. There had been an ongoing debate from the day bitcoin was created that whether bitcoin is halal or not due to which many muslims stayed away from bitcoin.

Stop being funny here. Halal is exclusive only for Muslim foods and it doesn't involve currencies like the US dollar and crypto currencies like bitcoin. Muslims that are staying away from bitcoin because zakat is not possible are either misinformed or ignorant.
3869  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not haram for zakat, stressed the mosque leader in London on: June 15, 2018, 02:17:05 PM
Trading is haram as well making a profit from lending money if I am not wrong ( I say IF because I am not Muslim but it's what I found while searching long ago)
So if people are using Bitcoin (or any other crypto) and trading with it then it's haram, investing to buy Bitcoin with the hope to make a profit later is haram. Using Bitcoin as a currency to buy your daily needs, etc is not haram.

I don't think trading is considered haram. Lending is considered as haram, and people need to get into some form of business which is highly appreciated and in this regard trading will also be appreciated. Bitcoin being a technology based asset doesn't doesn't make any difference from the real money as it has got its own value.
it is a different perspective. for me it was a mistake. I live in a Muslim family and I am a Muslim. my religion teaches that when we are looking for something like money then what to ask is whether the money we get harms others? for me as long as we get money from a good way and get in a good way too then the result will be lawful. Islam teaches ease and if one can earn a good denan income then it can not be said as a haram thing.

I agree with you. It would be funny if Muslim's are not allowed to make profit. One of my best followed trader/mentor is a Muslim and I am sure he knows what he is doing. Qatar, UAE and many Muslim countries have their stock markets and fiat money into forex so I doubt trading is haram.
3870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will blockchain technology solve our identity problems? on: June 15, 2018, 01:51:38 PM

Its unfortunate that a lot of people didn't bother to read the article before commenting on how they think blockchain will solve the problem of identity. The article is well articulated taking a look at all the basic data that we so much cherish about ourselves and how cheap these data are on the dark web where its being traded. The article also didn't say for certainty how the blockchain could solve this problem but highlighted the areas where it could prove useful if harnessed to the fullest focusing on the decentralization power embedded in it that makes it difficult for an individual to control how data is being utilised.

While the blockchain comes with so much hope to the end of data abuses that we have at the moment, it also fail to look at the advantages of data centralization in the hands of those who are to keep the citizens safe. All over the world, only the rich have the resources to pay for his own protection while the masses are left in the hands of government to be protected which makes it necessary for them to have the data in other to prevent all of the attacks before it happens. In conclusion, I think the best is for the two to function in other for everyone to have a safe environment.

But this is the reason why the rich people and governments trying to control people. Those on top want its people to remain common and ordinary and blind so they will remain controllable. The internet revolution paves the way to blockchain though it is sad that there are some governments like China trying to stop it as it is something they cannot control especially when it comes big in the future.
3871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] YOURCHAIN - Let's Make Crypto YOURS Again! on: June 14, 2018, 02:17:25 PM
I do not really expect anymore with the yourchain project. If he comes back again to build this project yeah thanks but if he does not come back then let's just say this is a dead project. There are many other projects that are more promising than wasting time to waiting.

How can you say you are wasting your time at waiting? It will be a waste if you did put some bucks in this project but I doubt you did it as the old trading market didn't lasted long. I can buy your coins at 1 gwei each if holding the coins troubles you.  Grin
3872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Nice jump by BTC today! on: June 14, 2018, 01:59:13 PM
I am starting to expect that a major bitcoin upward movement will happen soon. Remember the last time bitcoin drops $5,000 to $6,000 level? It made a heavy rally towards $10,000. This time I am seeing smaller corrections as we are slowly heading end of 2018.
3873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BOS] 🔹🔹 BOScoin 🔹🔹 Self-Evolving Cryptocurrency Platform🔹🔹 on: June 14, 2018, 10:58:44 AM
BOS/BTC = 0.0000147 . Perhaps soon will be 0.00000015. Marketing BosCoin is zero. Soon each of us will be able to have 10-100 MasterNones, if they are needed. But whether we need them in the future is a separate issue !!!
These are my most unsuccessful investments (buying coins) for all time !!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it 40,000 again for a masternode? I didn't expect Boscoin to move slowly too especially that is mostly a Korean team which is very influential in the crypto market. This was also very popular during its ICO but it is not making any noise now.
3874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What’s your prediction? on: June 12, 2018, 04:01:37 PM
BTC not even 10k by the end of the year. ETH not even 900$.

Slowly but noticeable decline in crypto with huge dips due to bad news. No new money, no demand.

PoS for ETH. Miners Crashed to hell. little investors forced to sell because they cannot enter PoS. huge drop in price for ETH which will be bought by sharks, aggressive intra-day traders and whales.

Disaster is a word that can describe best what is gonna happen. Remember my nick.

I would be glad to return to you and this thread when the year ends. I really doubt bitcoin won't reach $10,000 again. I have higher hopes on ethereum making another ath this year.
3875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: June 12, 2018, 12:12:41 PM
There are too many to mention, coins which I believe are very good long term. Top 20 coins are more safe but coins beyond that list though have higher risk but more potential to a bigger profit.
3876  Economy / Economics / Re: regulation and legalization of cryptocurrency on: June 11, 2018, 02:19:44 PM
I think it is popular already that OmiseGO and Power have partnerships in Thailand. That didn't mean that they are also tradeable in their exchanges or those partnerships have nothing to do with the Thai government? Sometimes I can understand ICO regulations due to some scams and it is way better than ban.
3877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Experts say's Bitcoin and some tokens are still a good buy for now on: June 11, 2018, 06:13:13 AM
I am not sure about altcoins especially those that have low value and can be easily pump and dump but it is clear though that bitcoin is a very good buy at this moment while we are going to the second half of this year. As what we observed the past few years, it is the second half especially the last month of the year that bitcoin is up.
3878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: June 10, 2018, 03:15:25 PM
After seeing today's bitcoin another dip I am starting to think if I would just shift to more eths rather than bitcoin or maybe all eth just like what some of my friends did earlier. Ethereum's future looks secured and safe.
3879  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Criminals and Bitcoin on: June 09, 2018, 07:08:12 AM
These criminals especially the big timers. If they want to transact big amounts without being noticed they can also do it with fiats. Many fiats are even counterfeit and that is one thing criminals cannot do on decentralized currencies like bitcoin.
3880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: June 08, 2018, 03:23:59 PM
Ethereum is a good project but it have some issues like lack of security and prices dumps. Actually, i don't have many ETH but many ETH tokens that i can't move somewhere else.
 Smiley Smiley Smiley

Everything dropped in prices during these drought season and that includes the leading crypto power in bitcoin. Ethereum will recover for sure just like what happened in the past.
