941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 altcoins to invest on: January 24, 2018, 01:54:30 PM
You may try.

1.Ripple
2.Ethereum
3.Ltc
4.lumen
5.ada
I agree with some of the altcoins in your list, but I also would want to change some. I agree with the first three, but for the last two I would change it to Monero and Stellar. I think the last two altcoins mentioned have shown better trend that would actually amount to an increase in value better than the one in the list. Also, another thing to consider is the kind of investment that you would do, if you're gunning for a short term investment, Ripple, LTC and Stellar would be the better choice, but for long term, Eth and Monero would be my vote.

I agree with the top choices, also you may add from, choices the  Neo,pivx and xem. EOS i think is rising too. Ripple had shown its strength last 2017 and may still have a comeback this 2018.
942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why China goverment allergic to bitcoin? on: January 24, 2018, 03:06:42 AM
china is one of the powerful country in this world.they are in a high position in economy.and also china is well developed country.but they still don't like bitcoin revolution.what is the main reason for that?
As we all know that China is a communist country and they would like to control people all the way and by allowing people to fully use bitcoin which provides financial freedom and pseudo anonymous transactions,it would go totally against their interests.
They just want to protect their people from scam ICO's that is sprouting all over and they don't want their people's money to get scammed by those rouges. I think they'll regulate the use of bitcoin and other crypto currencies instead of totally banning it on their country just like in japan, the use of crypto currencies are legalized with policies to follow on.  Smiley

Hmm aside from protecting their own people in scams , I think the main reason is "control". They do not want a currency which they cant control and will harm their economy  and revenue in the future. Bitcoin is decentralized and China government has no control over it.

I want to join but seems its very difficult, but it I think its closer to the "secret of life" since the Fibonacci, Tesla, Phi - The golden ratio is involved.

Is it related to Quantum/AI Computing ?  Where PCL or Peculinum wants to become a center knowledge among all cryptos. or PCL wants to become the power, stabilizing, give balance, the center or gateway among cryptos.

944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Japan's largest bank Mitsubishi UFJ to release their own crypto. on: January 24, 2018, 02:24:15 AM
this will really become huge.Ripple will have a major competitor in the industry.
Its very amazing how central banks are now indulging in cryptocurrencies

Thats good, Japan is always at pace with technology. They are fast to act and join the Fintech industry. Also, this is good for late comer to invest in the industry and gain more profit too.
945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world. on: January 24, 2018, 01:55:27 AM
read whitepaper and study it.

This is a big factor in me. I always  check the whitepaper and invest. In whitepaper, they can list the details of their project and also thier tie ups and people behind it. If you invest in a vry rewarding coin, it can make you rich, its possible.
946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Cryptopia Exchange Safe and Legit? on: January 24, 2018, 01:47:00 AM
I think cryptopia is a safe exchange to trade with. I ave accounts in cryptopia and so far I did not encounter any problems. For security reasons please add the 2FA features for added layer of security especially on exchanges.

What I did not like cryptopia is its higher withdrawal fees compared to other exchanges.  Grin

As of today, Steam will no longer support Bitcoin as a payment method on our platform due to high fees and volatility in the value of Bitcoin.
What do you think the largest game platforms stop using Bitcoin?
And how it will affect the Bitcoin acceptance on others services?

I already said for many times that it's fees can affect bitcoin's popularity and usability in a bad way but no one was listening to me and some shitposters were repeating or copy/pasting: current fees (when fees were more than 400 satoshis/byte) are very fair. Let's say goodbye to steam with bitcoins and other services too, amazon and bitcoin together will be infinitive dream for you.
But bitcoin only could make biggest profit for them because price increased amazingly, seems their bitcoin services related team failed.

Yes,its the fees that will affects the adaptability of bitcoin. I just read this morning from my facebook wall being shared by gamers.Yes its bullish now but when the fees when sending it is high ,this will turn off people of using it and possibly will affects its support base.People will always looks for a cheapest and reliable alternative.

No shit. They need to pad their posts with redundancy (like you) so they can get those sweet, sweet, bounties.

Yeah right. You muat also be on point  or relevant with the topic being discussed. Also, let the conversation flow normally . Very long reply in my opinion is not necessary like several paragraph as people reads only  importants points in the fist few sentences.
950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Swap bitcoin to alts on: December 06, 2017, 11:28:51 PM
I, too, hold the opinion that this is not necessary, since the demand for bitcoin is growing and the price is also high. For insurance, it is possible to partially buy some coins, as previously described. The choice is still yours.

You are correct. It is best to save in bitcoin and hold it.This is my mistake several months ago before the halving. I park my bitcoin to some alts and when bitcoin becomes bullish all alts in red. I lost much in bitcoin value which I regret.
951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: December 06, 2017, 11:20:39 PM
why is the price falling down atm?

This is due to difficulty in transaction confirmation. Network is clogging right now which delayed the sending processes.

Still I support eth and its the best time to accumulate now. Once the system recovers I think it will normalize.
952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Failed Transaction Issue on eth on: December 06, 2017, 11:17:20 PM
Network is clogging now and one of the reason is from the onkine game cryptokitties which uses the eth blockchain. I thick there are some suuccessful transaction by setting your gwei to something like 40. Hope this will be resilved soon as trading on etherdelta is alao affected.
953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Small altcoins – large profits on: December 04, 2017, 12:36:29 AM
I'm altcoins holder.

Many times I saw how my portfolio was drained by Bitcoin but every time after that altcoins restored their positions.
I still believe that Bitcoin can't be only one cryptocurrency in the world, for many reasons. I don't like Bitcoin centralization speed and fees. That's why I choose altcoins and will hold them for next years. And I still believe it's a good strategy.

I feel you Cheesy My hearts bleed to see my folio is in red when bitcoin is bullish. Almost all of my coins and tokens are losing almost 50%. Its painful to see them bleeding too but I was relieved when bitcoin corrected that my alts recovered. Yes, its a traders life and it happens to everyone too. Now I am adjusted already.
954  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Payag ba kayo maging Cardless community ang Pinas ? on: December 04, 2017, 12:31:44 AM

By next year siguro irorollout na at ang mass adoption from next byear onwards ok na.

955  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: November 28, 2017, 12:50:45 AM
I thought Bitcoin was only for illegal stuff in the early days so I didn't buy.

Same sentiments. The first thing that comes in my mind was "Scam" Cheesy until I myself got hold with it and the first commodity I bought was a mobile load. At first I am very hesitant about this cryptocurrency since its new to my ears. My curiosity began when there are good news coming in and more tech company are using the technology behind.
956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EARTH TOKEN - Participate in the $120 trillion natural asset market on: November 28, 2017, 12:44:09 AM
to adjust for the market volatility and uncertainty created by the recent Bitcoin fork drama, impactChoice, the team behind EARTH Token and the Natural Asset Exchange (NAE) project, which is set to disrupt the way people trade natural assets in the Environmental Sustainability industry, have decided to adjust their pre-sale period to afford potential partners, which include individuals and large institutions, the opportunity to participate in this exciting project.
Thanks for this information Viscera. Can you share the link where you were able to get this information and what would be the new dead line for the pre sale period?

Hello, The Presale started on 17th November 2017. It is scheduled to end on 15th December after which the main ICO sale will begin.

And from December 16 2017 the ICO will run until the end of the whole period campaign right? Which means that ico will run for 3 months so that we may able to get more investors for this project isn't right?

I think Yes in my opinion. Of course we have an ICO to raised funds. The longer the duration and promotion, I think it is enough to attract an investors. Also, this is an aggressive marketing and a big project to pursue. I do believe the devs behind this project.

959  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people says gold is better? on: November 28, 2017, 12:27:00 AM
Actually today I watched a video on facebook which is about spending bitcoin and gold in USA,it says it is difficult to spend bitcoin but some places are accepting bitcoins accepting as payment like supermarket, restaurants and some institutions. But no one accepting gold as payment then why still people says gold is better?

although both have the same high prices, but have slightly different functions. bitcoin can be a means of payment as well as a commodity, but gold for now is only used as a commodity. do not compare it from one side only, although gold can not be used as a means of payment, but gold has a real value and a more stable price of bitcoin.

Correct, gold has physical value where you can trade it and use as accessories and molds into jewelry. Though bitcoins prices is rising, it exists only virtually where we can not see it physically. Both are different assets.
960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Diamond .... is it a scam? on: November 28, 2017, 12:20:35 AM
This is another altcoins that will steal limelight from bitcoin. Same crap that is promoted now and expecting the list will go on. People are jumping the bandwagon because for profit and nothing more. Still I do believe the bitcoin, the original.
