I don`t know in what state Coinbase is, but they tried to "control" bitcoin and when they failed, they published some crap about it and hyped ethereum that got many ppl pissed on them.... so its hard to know if the problem is real
atm you also have cex.io small exchange which now accept visa/master cards at low fee for sell/buy, on bitstamp I hear rate for buying with credit card is a bit steep, also there is circle if you are for supported country

I am sure bitcoin usage rate is rising and with that dumping is more and more harder, in past we had many bad news from china, russia, mtgox, that all is now in past, I dont see any concern about price till it break 1000-2000$ range
Atm I see direct attack from ethereum group on bitcoin but I am not concerned with that premine IPO at all

I was here from the day ethereum started mining, helped a dozen of ppl @reddit and now they give me -30 karma for asking about 70M premine I know from start, but was happy mining and profiting from it! sure now they see its not good to piss on ppl!

Ethereum is scam all assholes promoting it should first learn what 90% ICO premined volume mean, and only then open their mouths! and in the meantime they should read more about decentralization and why it is so important! I think it's the miners moving to Ethereum. It's price looks good and ripe for mining. Be on the look out for Chinese miners getting on board. But I wonder how long until Ethereum switches to Casper.
Also is there a site where we can see Ethereum's difficulty and mining pools?
