961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: September 11, 2016, 04:22:45 PM
MSI GTX1070 DUKE*6(8+6pin)
drivers: 368.69
ccminer1.8.1 ~1548M(~258M) temp:78C power:1350W
SP-MOD#3   ~1680M(~280M) temp:70C power:1270W
It is huge consumption either way. In my case ccminer1.8.1 6*1070(8pin) ~980W at wall, 1578Mh/s

I agree for me is 1300mhs 5x 1070 with <750w from wall, power limit is 85... Gainward phoenix 1x8pin
962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: RX 480/ 470 FOR LBRY COIN on: September 10, 2016, 07:52:46 PM
As someone sad, edit bios timing for ETH/SIA, the other coin where RX4xx is gr8 is monero, veltor coin if it gain waluw (veltor might be best algo for RX..)

forget lbry for Rx 4xx its just slow on par with 280x
963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v7.0 (Windows/Linux) on: September 07, 2016, 07:25:10 PM
A friend did a more testing, and ETH+LBC in R9 380 is a lot worse then ETH+ SIA
his rig stats are:
4x380
ETH/LBC = 70/55MHS
ETH/SIA  = 85/900MHS

Looks like LBC is way to GPU intensive for R9 380 and maybe other card, impact on ETH is just to huge to have any benefit mining LBC and losing on ETH side more
Depends on Sia and Lbry price.  For me it is a bit more profitable to dual Lbry, but there are recent crazy price jumps for both coins.  Also dual mining LBRY takes ~15-20w less power per 470/480.

You need to recalculate again, lbry is not if any more profitable then mining sia, but with drop on ETH you are losing to mutch (4x 380 lost 15Mhs on ETH??) maybe the problem of ETH drop is more seen in multi GPU rigs

I don`t blame claymore for it, but the lbry algo is just like that

Ok the time frame expired, cryptorex please update us on withdrawal or we should label you as scam?

pls do it asap, a week to unlock withdrawal and trades is way enough if you are honest ppl
966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v7.0 (Windows/Linux) on: September 07, 2016, 03:58:47 PM
I'm mining with NVIDIA 1070 using the recommended driver on first page (anniversary update) for win10 64BIT.  but I'm only get 3.5MH for ETH.  What is going on? This is for MSI 1070 and Asus 1070.  4 different cards tested separately.

Prolly your system problem, go and run dxdiag check if display is with WDDM 2.1 support, it should be for win10 for mining ethereum

Also reinstall driver and check do a clean install

For 1070 with samsung memory ~33mhs is duable if 2350mhz clock is stable, the one with micron clock a lot less and they don`t go over ~28mhs

quick question please how do you tell what kind of memory it has like samsung or something else

Use GPU-z, on first screen by the memory type you will see:
Samsung  --- GOOD!
Micron ---- BAD! Smiley

Also lbry is slow on AMD clay, use private miner if you wana LBC
967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Steemit.com: Blogging is the new Mining on: September 06, 2016, 03:26:15 PM
It would be really nice if POW mining estimated time to produce a block is fixed!
atm there is almost none math to it, if it say 250min to mine block you need 3-4 days at least!
968  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will China buying help the price to recover? on: September 06, 2016, 02:16:06 PM
Its not only China for sure, but they are the ones that try to pump it hardest, the rest of traders tried to dump the price for years, not most are out of BTC or they lost a lot, usual trader was in a bear mode for too long, and I am happy most are now negative, on decline with mtgox fall sure they made some profit, but now they lost it all, maybe not all but most and thats what they deserve for dumping all the time and talking FUD
969  Economy / Exchanges / Re: OKcoin - illegal business/money laundering - Judge rules on: September 06, 2016, 01:51:17 PM
I think until now there has been no evidence to prove this news, natural problems like this arise to the biggest exchange sites.

I noticed too, as BTC price move, there are more and more allegations abut stolen funds, defunct exchanges, its becoming harder and harder to filter FUD from real information which is sad
I presume trader that gone wrong in trade will do anything to change the curs of the price
970  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] COINSBANK.COM launches Universal Crypto Solution at Money2020 Europe on: September 06, 2016, 01:48:32 PM
Now the fee of coinsbank has increased from 0.5% to 0.001? I had to pay 0.001 for withdrawing just 0.016 Sad

you might blame BTC, or vote we start use some alternative alt coin more, so BTC fee do not rise a lot more fast Smiley
BTC is designed to be gold so I am not sure it can be cheap, day by day its more expansive to sand a transaction with bitcoin
My personal wish is that litecoin step up and take some place next to it
971  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Multiple Kraken Accounts, Robbed/Emptied. Kraken say "Fuck you, its your loss" on: September 06, 2016, 01:44:36 PM
I am sorry if anyone lost anything even if it was their fault its not nice when it happen, but using abusive words and claiming its their system fault is not something ppl believe
If 2fa was not active, its a bit security risk and by now all people should know

Verification by email is good option, but even if exchange have none, if you don`t like it, don`t use them

I left BTC-e with only 2fa on withdrawal and security with no problem, I know the risk if someone login it can trade, if I have more volume there I will eneble it, so its my own decesion

If exchange has low security it should be talked about so people stay clear, but you can not prosecute someone because he has no some option that other do have
972  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is investing in mining still worth it? on: September 06, 2016, 12:47:57 PM
You can trust anyone today, let alone some anon site with BTC, only way for them to be in profitable is to invest your cash in some new design or business that can generate 2-3x more in short time, so they can pay you, just mining is not so profitable, they have to pay ppl working there, renting, HW, electric power
And if their investment in which you know nothing fail or they burn/spent cash you will lose all, and in either way they are always positive Smiley
973  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC debit cards on: September 05, 2016, 10:05:08 PM
Almost all BTC -> debit cards providers use their own exchange rate!
Only as far i know that use their own exchange is cex.io but they have no their debit card, but have service to transfer to most visa/mastercard in the world

If you are from USA you could try bitpay debit card, it use their exchange rate and have very reputable history
974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Withdrawal Problems www.bter.com on: September 05, 2016, 09:41:03 PM
Bter was in the gutter not once but dozen of times!!
their trade engine was flowed at first, so they lost a lot, ppl still did not learn, then they frozen some accounts, and still ppl used it?

That problem is not new, its from 3+ years ago, why would anyone use them after that is beyond me Sad
975  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bitfinex Got What They Deserved on: September 05, 2016, 09:38:59 PM
5 days ago they began listing the ETC criminal coin. 5 days later they've been taken down in one of the largest hacks of BTC and ETC.

The lesson here is never get into bed with criminals because they will make sure you leave empty bagged.

sorry ETC has NOTHING with bitfinex fiasco, also ETC os original blockchain as it was advertised ETH will be, the forked chain is a fake and criminal as you say, becouse thieves  with Vitalik onboard got what they lost from thin air, even more... pure manipulation

Ethereum holders are same as most, greedy ppl with only $ in mind, so they go trough it at first, but some had more brains then others and there we have ETC
976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is BTC-E still considered a trusted site? on: September 05, 2016, 07:47:10 PM
As far as you can believe to exchange they are secured, never had none problems with them

But still you can not trust any exchange at all, only maybe one day whet they have secure funds and are backed by some even bigger commpany that can make them even even in case of big hack, maybe then, but for that YEAR are needed
banks are here for many years??
977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best exchange to sell litecoin on: September 05, 2016, 07:43:52 PM
For transfer to bank account if you are from europe look at cex.io or kraken (sepa transfer)
btc-e is more open to east europe but i don`t know details

Also with cex.io you can do cheap transfer to you bank visa/master card which is also fast and with low fee
978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform ❘|❘ 4days left for 10% bonus on: September 05, 2016, 07:39:39 PM
Any idea on which exchange(s) Iconomi will be listed at start?
I know it is not in the hands of Iconomi as exchange do list what they want.
Did the Iconomi team have any contacts with the major exchanges yet?

Whit what was raised to day, you can bet its almost sure Poloniex will list it as soon as possible, as @Iconomi sad its in direct correlation to the funds being invested
The crypto world atm is simple, every exchange is looking on funds invested and number of users, maybe they will sat they look at tech side of coin which is true in 2% only Smiley

But be sure bitter and poloniex gona add it almost at instant by the looks of it
979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: do you think litecoin price will go up soon ? on: September 05, 2016, 07:31:37 PM
No one can predict future for sure, there a few good things happened to LTC, Coinbase Gdax added it
The major update on LTC development is incoming bu the year end, with all the problems with low bitcoin fee and not so clear future for it, might be a gr8 oportunity for litecoin
Litecoin never tried to attack BTC but it will help, that time is now, I hope
980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: shift coin needs 20gh/s on: September 05, 2016, 07:24:42 PM
Only way to secure network is to gain market cap, if not it should die!
I was never a fan of copy/paste ALGO sure you could fork ethereum piss poor scam, make new UNIQUE algo only for shift and never be feared to be forked with good market cap!

You just look at scrypt coins, only LTC survived all other shit clones as doge are merged mined or they all would die
