Last couple months have been different though - my power capasity where I'm at now is capped, and I've been in negotiations for a new place (then availability got delayed when the existing tenant took a month longer to get moved out than the landlord was anticipating) so I had to save up cash for first-and-deposit while keeping enough around to keep the current place paid up....
So, could you move into your new home, at the end? Your description suggests you are making your living from mining. Is that true? New "workshop" type space actually, and per the Landlord I'll be able to take possession of the new place by the end of the month. End of last month would have been a lot better though - we've had *2* heat waves so far this month and the new place has a LOT better ventilation options than the current place, in addition to the more-than-double power capacity. I went "pro" as a miner (and have made my entire living from it) for almost a year now, the low-cost electric access to give me the ABILITY to "go pro" so is why I moved from Iowa to Central Washington last summer. What was your price per kwh and what is it now? That's awesome good for you man. |

UPDATE (migration)Hi guys, i just migrated simplemining.net server to new hardware. I dont see any issues but if something is wrong tell me. Also i just saw that captcha stopped working (but it was a problem before migration) so i am looking to it right now. EDIT1:Ok captcha and other javascript issues are fixed. I used smos running mine for 3 months and I liked it. Can you explain how it's a danger? I agree it's not a good long-term solution but would running it for say a month 24/7 be a hazard? Thanks for the feedback Phil That is a low quality transformer and a low quality Psu A rosewill 1500 watt titanium Psu the tokamak is a much better choice it will use 120-240 volts. Runs three hundred on eBay direct from rosewill What do you think about finksy server style PSU to power 2 instead? Also do you think the transformer is a fire hazard? It's certainly hot |

Hey guys, finally got a pandaminer, got it up and running today . . for the most part https://youtu.be/lOh6hgTRYBYCheck out the video for an overview and my whole "experience" with this miner lol Question, what is the deal? this miner is supposed to be hashing at 237 and is only at 215? Stock oem Psu? For now unfortunately, I am about to pull the trigger on a server PSU but have read mixed things on breakout boards |
