I can see that you have been given 'Community Head' tag at DuckDice now. I'm wondering what the actual duty of this role is in a casino. Do you still have all the access you had before as a moderator and support agent? Anyway, it is good that Duckdice team has lifted the ban from your account and accepted you as an employee again

So, the idea is that my focus is the chat it's self, as to what i can and can't is more of a internal thing than public knowledge, so basically when it comes to things like competitions, discord, telegram, here, anything where there is communication with a user outside of the support environment i will overview, trying to keep the atmosphere in duck chat top notch (one of the things people always say about one of our strengths is our community). The roles new, so might expand or focus in on different things as we go.
So basically if you ever think chats getting too policed, or not policed enough, or that people like me are acting a bit too casual (or not casual enough), or a particular user is causing problems, then you can discuss with me
