Can we disable verification by phone?

Sometimes I forget to charge my phone and I have to wait until it charges to gain access to my account.
Also when I press enter and it sends the code to be, it never sends it on the first try and I have to press Resend Code a couple of times to get it too send.
When it sends the code to my phone, it sends it in this format:

0Z     !Your confirmation code is: 360727Æd     

Can we just disable verification and include a password instead? You could provide an option of both ways.

You can use call if you don't receive code. Call is faster than message. Also 2FA is implemented now. Try using it.

At this moment in time, all users must have some sort of 2 factor authentication enabled for their own security.

If you'd rather use Google Authenticator you can enable it in your profile settings.

Hello, Standard delivery may take up to 20-60 days to your country. We send all cards from Europe. We will only consider claims for lost items sent by Standard delivery 30 days for Europe and up to 90 days outside of Europe. Best Regards, Bit-x support team

It shouldn't take much more than 20 days (even that seems a bit long).

You might want to check out at your local post office if they have received it or not. Don't know much about the postal service in Pakistan but here they occasionally forget to deliver out things on time

I'd love one of these cards but 5 transactions is too much. IF it was just one a month to keep it active I'd do it but i don';t think it would be worth it for me otherwise. Is there no way to lower the amount? I think a lot of people will have issue with using it five times a month and doing so will rack up fees considerably.

Yeah Right, Its too much , I think they should consider to remove this option **Monthly Fees (*No activity) if want success of their BIT-X master card. Because No one is going to waste his .1 BTC every month. Please do consider to remove this option.

6.2. The Types of commissions are:
a) mining pool maintenance fees;
b) trading commissions.

6.3. System withdraws the commission from the User’s wallet.

6.4. Commission amount is indicated in the User’s interface of the System prior to the User’s Order initialisation. The fact that the User initialized the Oкder means that they are notified on the amount of the commission due and agree that it will be withdrawn from their account.

6.5. Trading commission is indicated in the User’s interface in the Create Order,  Order Details section. The fact that the User created the Order means they are aware of the trading commission amount and agree that it will be withdrawn from their account.

6.6. Trading commission is collected by System at the moment of the Order completion, at full or partial closure. If Order is partially closed, trading commission is collected from the closed part only.

6.7. Mining pool maintenance fee is collected automatically only from the Users who have no less than one valid (not empty) wallet in GHS.

6.8. Mining pool maintenance fee is withdrawn from the User’s BTC wallet on the daily basis at the moment of mining earning accruals.

How much USD do I have to collect if I want to withdraw? I have $0.79 and it said I don't have enough funds when I tried it :/
