I have a previously issued card, but I have still not activated that card. So if I activate it after 1st October, will I have to pay according to the old fee structure?

Old fees will apply to all anonymous (the one you currently have) cards  activated before October 1. If you activate it today the old fees will apply until January 1. You'll also be entitled to a free 'Named' card if you so choose to claim one. If you activate it tomorrow, the new fees will be apply.

Tomorrow, the new cards become available. Don't forget to activate your current one for a free Named card tomorrow (and you get to keep the first one)!

These are all services provided by Bit-X. Their details can found in your balance page including all transactions made for mining, trading and through the debit card, as well as other transactions (deposits and withdrawals or transfers).

For detailed debit card transaction history click on the 'Card Operations' tab in your balance page.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

uffff

Selecting the biggest numbers to mislead people is always very professional.. /s

Please, if you quote prices quote them correctly.

If you pay the $99.95 for the Named White edition there is:

$3.95 ATM Fee
$0 POS Fee
$0 Inactivity Fee
$99.95 Card Delivery
2.5% FX fee (only for foreign currencies)

The normal Named card is as follows:
$4.95 ATM Fee
$0 POS Fee
$0.99 Inactivity Fee
$19.90 Card Delivery
3% FX fee (only for foreign currencies)

Anonymous cards cost more in fees as there is no need to provide any identifying data.

The obvious choice for the average user will be between the Named and Named White cards.

Please try to show a bit of respect.

you've switched to MyChoice recently in order to reduce your fees and increase lifetime card limits (you had travel cards with relatively small card limits), so why are your fees still way higher than other MyChoice clients have?

Bit-X did switch to MyChoice Corporate recently, correct.

Fees are actually the same or lower than other MyChoice clients that offer the same service (Real time conversion Bitcoin Debit Cards). Bit-X shows all their fees here: https://bit-x.com/guide/bitx-cards plain and simple, no hiding hidden exchange fees or using of a lower exchange rate.

Fees are very competitive even when compared to prepaid debit card options such as e-coin and advcash.

As I know, PIN code changes are not currently possible. In the case of a damaged or lost card, you must submit a ticket at https://bit-x.com/customer/support and unlink all of your wallets from your card.

how many regular anonymous cards and anonymous limited cards can I have per account?

Can I have 10 of each?

Why would you want so many cards?? More cards = more monthly fee(when it starts), so whats the point of doing it? I guess you can only have 1 card/type.

Old fees will apply to all anonymous (the one you currently have) cards  activated before October 1. If you activate it today the old fees will apply until January 1. You'll also be entitled to a free 'Named' card if you so choose to claim one. If you activate it tomorrow, the new fees will be apply.

Hi Marco,

Only saw your post now, was not aware of this and never saw any option to claim such a card on Bit-X and also never received any such notification and or offer from them.

Can one still claim the free named card? My current card was activated in Sep.

Edit: Found the blog post in regards to the above and emailed support to hear about ordering the card. Will keep an eye on their blog in future. They should actually setup a mailing list so one does not miss all these announcements.
