Why would you want so many cards?? More cards = more monthly fee(when it starts), so whats the point of doing it? I guess you can only have 1 card/type.

Anonymous Limited cards have limits (after a certain turnover, the user must verify certain documents. By ordering several cards, users don't need to provide any identification whatsoever.)

Ran into various issues the past 24 hours.

In-store : EUR card payment temporarily refused, worked fine 10 seconds later
online: EUR payment can't be processed - I assume due to Kraken API issues? -  made my Amazon purchase impossible.

Overall, not too impressed right now, after a good start with the card for the past few months.

Odd, they should be working fine.

Not sure why you think BIT-X (an exchange) would use Kraken (another exchange), that isn't the case.

Something quite weird happened, Changetip declined my card saying they can't accept credit cards and only accept debit cards.

Is this a problem on changetip's end? I can't figure out why their system would categorize my card as a credit card.

You should contact changetip. The card is a debit card and so it should be treated as one.

Yup, problem on their end it was.

The message displayed was wrong as I'm being told, I haven't gotten a response as to why though.

I have an anonymous Limited card and live in USA. is the $300 Limit maximum I can put on card or after using it to spend 300 it will no longer work?

I also have another old anonymous limited card I have not activated yet can I give/sell to someone else? (probably a raffle prize at a bitcoin meeting)

The limit tells you the maximum amount you can spend through the card before needing to raise limits (however, US residents cannot raise limits). If you can't/do not raise limits, the card will no longer work.

You're free to do anything you want with the other anonymous limited card that is in your possession (you can even add it to your balance once you reach your limit on your first card).

I've had constant problems with the cards. I have a named card and an anonymous card. There are tens of occasions when i am simply unable to pay online, it always just says "Your transaction could not be processed" leaving no trace of it in the card history even.

The latest is most annoying, i tried to take cash out of the ATM today with my NAMED CARD and it wouldn't even give me 30% of my maximum ATM withdrawal. What the heck? It even gave different errors like "Insufficient funds", which is untrue, and "No transaction", which is an error i have never seen before in an ATM.

I ended up having to make 5% of my maximum limit withdrawals 5 times and in total i got only 25% - Why? I can even see some of the withdrawal i tried to make under my account history as "CANCELLED".

Yes, i have contacted support, but frankly, this is getting quite ridiculous. I'm trusting a service to deliver what it promises but so far one problem after another.

I understand this is more caused by USA stupid rules than what you want to do. But .1BTC for a card that stops working after less than 1 BTC is used is very expensive.

Of course. I understand that such mistakes are common but personally i wouldn't be posting here without checking the basics.

The issue was resolved by their support within 48 hours but nevertheless there have been inconveniences to say the least.

I have questions about refunds on payments made with the card. Are they possible? What process would I have to go through If I wanted to refund a payment? How long does it take? If refund is successful what would I get back and how (ex. initial BTC spent/BTC converted from spend fiat on the transaction)?

Refunds (chargebacks) are possible. You can file for one by contacting support. The process shouldn't take all too long (I've had one completed in a few days). If the refund is successful you will receive the converted fiat amount spent on the transaction (if the transaction was 100 EUR and you exchange 0.5 BTC for it you'll get back 100 EUR, fees will not be refunded).
