I have questions about refunds on payments made with the card. Are they possible? What process would I have to go through If I wanted to refund a payment? How long does it take? If refund is successful what would I get back and how (ex. initial BTC spent/BTC converted from spend fiat on the transaction)?

Refunds (chargebacks) are possible. You can file for one by contacting support. The process shouldn't take all too long (I've had one completed in a few days). If the refund is successful you will receive the converted fiat amount spent on the transaction (if the transaction was 100 EUR and you exchange 0.5 BTC for it you'll get back 100 EUR, fees will not be refunded).

That's great, thanks!

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Just so that I get this right.

Bit-x sent me an anonymous card, so I don't pay for issuance I assume.  If I load it with 0.5BTC (180€) then:
I will pay 9.95 for activation so I have 170€ I would pay 3.5% on all currency conversions, i.e. BTC to fiat, so I have 164€ to actually spend, and every time I use it it will cost me 2.95€, so say I use it 4 times that would be 12€ so I could spend 152€ of my 180€ deposited? (if I only use it in shops, not ATMs)

Is that right? Can I cancel the card afterwards so that I don't collect extra charges? Has anyone found a good way to use the card without losing 15% of your money?!

Monthly and inactivity fees were removed for the first year, but said to start from the second year. When will that be? A year of the card's activation?

The Named card range (Named and Named White) have the lowest fees (and Named has the same issuance price as the anonymous cards). You could consider getting one of those Smiley

I have got my amazon account on hold, they are asking fax this verification to them:

-- A copy of your statement for the payment card that you used, including the billing address.
-- The last two digits of the payment card.
-- Your name, phone number, and email address.

I don't have the first one. And they are not accepting without it. I have written to the support system but no reply from their side. I have called on +442036088233 But no one ever picks up the phone. There doesn't seem to be a way from which I can get my payment card statement.

Amazon is requesting this information?

You can take a screenshot of your transactions through that card, likewise for your billing address. Let me know if there are any more issues. Smiley

0.5% is the withdrawal fee. This fee won't increase suddenly and all changes would be announced in advance.
