The horizon never rises to the eye. Just the opposite. As the eye rises, the horizon always lowers. That's why you can see further as you rise.

As the eye rises, the amount of lowering per rise distance lessens. At a point near infinite rise of the eye, the lowering of the horizon ceases.

Take a look at your picture, above, of people staring straight ahead. What will they see at 10,000 miles above earth, if they remain in the same position as in the picture? On either flat or globe earth they will see off into the distance... empty space. Why? Because at the height of 10,000 miles there is nothing to look at, if you do not tilt your eyes towards the ground.

You flat earth people are either ignorant, dense, crazed, or just plain liars. The horizon never rises to meet the eye. The only way that could happen would be if the earth were hollow, and we were on the inside. You are getting your flat earth mixed up with your hollow earth.

It's a simple matter of perspective - what some people contribute to curvature, others say it's because of high waves. Think about it, even a flat Earth has to breath, not to mention that equipped with big enough tires, the continents could drift.
