I guess you have overwritten existing chain files - this is wrong - remove old blockchain files first (not talking about the wallet and config file).

Dev should comment if this is misleading as its not transparent to why it is redirected. If its giving false reason to invest in 8bit.

Are you using a snapshot? I have never seen snapshot-based sync being stuck in the middle of the process.

I have 2 weeks remaining in the linux wallet sync and its been stuck there for almost 2 days.

When the mouse is hovered over the remaining weeks it states "processed 1257404 block of transaction histroy"

And idea why it hasn't moved?
