you got me worried so i'm doing a full resync from scratch in an ubuntu client and a windows client as well.

This will take a long time, I suppose. The chain is extremely hard to resync. Would be nice if there were other members with fresh chains, so I could put it on the homepage for download.

the wallet is getting many connections which is a good thing i assume but yes it will take weeks. although we re not in a hurry.
we're like 5 people in here....cant label it as "community"

if somehow we could make/port old games (coin ops - tetris, double dragon, you know mame32 stuff for younger people) and the coin would be 8bit i can see a use case for this but its more wishful thinking than an actual idea that can be implemented since you can get all that for free.

Well, at least there are now binaries for macOS and Windows and not only Linux. So we can have some fun with this old, buggy and still funny coin

Mean while my chain have synced to 30 June 2019... So it catches up 1 month in 4 days. Basic calculation shows it would take me about 34 days to fully sync (if VPS keeps working stable).
But as Pon13 said, we are not in a hurry...

I use the Linux client natively compiled on my Linux VPS. It is 64-bit machine, so yes, my client is 64-bit.
I assume most (if not all) clients are 64-bit now, as its hard to find 32-bit machine now, and most people have no reason to use 32-bit OS on 64-bit system, or specifically compile 32-bit daemon on 64-bit OS.

There are wallets at block 2086427, and others at block 2220856 at the same time. My wallet gets just hundreds of ORPHAN blocks and lots of "AcceptBlock() : check proof-of-stake failed for block"

Its a fork, and looks like it is unsolvable without common efforts + wallet update.

Restart wallet:  my wallet the same problem, restart, wait, look on debug if not download block, restart ..... and repeat

I stuck on 2220856. On node screen is another stuck on this block. No one bigger block number.

Is anyone still alive here?

I have managed to resync (once again), and now my wallet is on block 2221101 (the longest chain AFAIK). The last block is from 23 April 2020... However the chain is stopped there, and even worse, it seems like the last 1000+ blocks could be illegal, as the "blocktrust" is stuck on some steady number, which is shorter than the regular blocktrust number. Not sure what does that mean, but it could be the reason of the fork and chain freeze. Would be very nice if the developer (brakmic) could look into this and provide some comments...
