You create a new deposit address in your wallet and have it ready to go...
If you have refreshed the site
Log back out of the site and log back in.If you have given it a few minutes then go to the IRC chat, but everyone is getting their coins, no doubt.
Make sure you have refreshed and logged out and back in, maybe even clear cache, if still nothing then go to IRC at:
freenode/#MMXIV
Then PM MP-Dev2 your account name from BTCPool.
BTW the account, login, and pin are the same from BTCPool exchange as the new GorillaEx.
Your coins are there, they may have to click something for some people, but everyone who did what they should is getting them.
I assure you, these guys are working it.
Once you have them in your local wallet, unlock for staking, they mature in about an hour, and then you stake.
