It is SO important that people never download a wallet or important files from someone else's quoted post. Only original posts from the Viraldev account and BitcoinMax88 contain legitimate source urls This method of thievery has been used in the past to deceive people that are excited to click on a link to download from such a manipulated post like Gibbs187x (the theif) had made here. Anyone who may have downloaded from a quoted post needs to take immediate action to ensure their integrity. Although we are sure most were not affected. All malicious links from this theif have been moderated and cleaned up from the forum. |

Here is a look at my downloads history in chrome, showing the VIRAL wallet update and the url it came from. This is the LEGIT url. If you have any doubts as to if you clicked on Gibbs187x hacked link he posted, you can just check your downloads history like I did and see that the source of the download is the same as mine.  This thief's actions have been swiftly put to a stop and let's be sure to keep an eye open as a community and report any trouble makers in the future to the moderators here along with myself and Viraldev. 1. Will short 10-15 sec videos be included on the ad feed?
2. How much customization will the user have deciding which ads gets run? Will it be based on categories (tech, media etc) or specific companies and their specific products/services?
A video would be kool. I have one question for devs. If you have 3 advertizers running three different products for example 1-Beats by dre headphone 2-discounts on gpu's 3-womans shoes Will us (the node) be able to chose which one we want to run. For I it would be smart to go with the headphone because I have a lot of people in the music world on my twitter and instagram. wil that be possible dev? That is a good question, however the answer is simple, the nodes do not have the option to choose, since sponsors pay upfront for ad spreads based on how many nodes are alive in the VIRAL network. At the end of the day, this is how the most possible funding can happen over both short and long term as well. Thankz for the answer. Will this ever change or is it hard coded that way? |

Thanks for the report. Staking age is 8 hrs but we see you have received some stake, so we will look at this. The wallet dev is sleeping right now but the issue will be checked as soon as he reports in.
