How to teach kids about Bitcoin?

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?

Simple. Just like how childrens today teached in school or by their mother or father. Childrend must start in the very easy or very basic so that they will somehow knew things they need to know. And the if they will learn the basic, it is easy for them to know the advance then you will teach them investing, buying and selling.

Its impossible to make children clearly well-understand the technology behind the bitcoin. We should teach the basic of Bitcoin first then I believe when the kids reach teenagers the curiosity about Bitcoin will be popped out and they will research more about it. Also, it's a good thing to teach them about Financial education as young as possible.

Not directly to technology but with a picture and a game this will most likely help in their development. and when they're old enough we'll start seriously teaching them bitcoins

Thinking to how can I teach my children in bitcoin was never been easy but not when you are doin that already. Cause the mind of an child would be easy to absorb whats on it.but in the other side they didnt make it cause theres a lot of things that they cant understand. Example the fiat of crypto. Many of adult like us didnt know what fiat is. Then how could you explain for those children what are trading really about. Thats all of my opinion it is in you if you believe it or not.

I think the easiest way to teach bitcoin to kids is to play a video documentation about bitcoin, by teaching visually especially the video then kids will easily understand about bitcoin.

I think someone could create a game about it , a game composed of story telling which as they progress they get to know more about different angles of bitcoin world which could be useful when they grew up

it's good for kids to get to know bitcoin but wait for a little deawa to let them understand, because we can not impose their wishes because if it's still too easy for their childhood because they still need to play and in a period of growth ..
let them enjoy their childhood and wait for the right time to tell about bitcoin, and I think that is effective when they are teenagers and easy to understand for them, and over time I'm sure they will understand and understand about bitcoin.

haha rofl . i'm student currently in college and my prof. discussed about bitcoin. and i'm amazed that some of the stores and businesses here is accepting bitcoins as a currency go cryptocurrency!!!!

In my opinion, we must not teach the kids about bitcoin, because it would be good luck in their age, but in the long term it may be a factor helping them to succeed their careers. Even worse, it could complicate their lifes, and get them into many problems and numerous battles in a very early time. Which could affect their personality negatively, in a way we get in at most 10 years some psychopath people who do not know doing anything and do not know how to communicate.

Is it really essential to teach kids about Bitcoin ? I think no, they don't need to learn about it in their childhood, maybe after getting some good knowledge from their schools they will be able to understand the blockchain technology and how Bitcoin is working.

i dont think that this is advisable about teaching kids the benefits of bitcoins.when they're mind is still young and deserve to enjoy and play,not to think of how to earn money or to profit.right time about this will come but not this very soon.this is my stand about the thread

Maybe an example. Like you use 3 kids 2 as people and 1 to pretend the bank. Then you remove the "bank" and thats it.

All opinions are right because it is how the way you wanted to be to your kids but it is not right to push them to learn. It will takes time and not all children are willing to earn on their young age like you said they needs to enjoy their life. But try to make their minds grow and develop.

If we can work for them then maybe let's just let them enjoy their life, bitcoin is boring especially if you want to make money,
it requires a lot of focus and you will have to sacrifice some of the important things just to do the job very well, I don' think kids are ready for that.

Children need to learn financial literacy. After 10-20 years, other assets may appear and they should be ready to recognize the benefits in new tools.

Most kids understand about managing finances is when junior high school, it seems useless to teach bitcoin to children before junior high school because they will not understand, so wait for the right age to teach bitcoin.

True, the correct age is very important, although I agree with the fact that the earlier you start to teach your child the basics of investing, the more financially-literate he will be.

My children are still a bit small for bitcoins, but when they grow up I will definitely teach them the basics of bitcoin and crypto. I teach my children everything I know myself, that they understand and could work with bitcoin.

As we all know that generation nowadays mainly involves internet and other online stuff, it is easy enough to teach your kids about Bitcoin. It is just simply like how you teach and mold them in having a proper discipline. You can teach them by introducing first what really Bitcoin is, its history and then after that, explain them it's benefits, specially on how to earn from it. Imagine your kids being properly earning with Bitcoin with such a young age. So that they will keep it in their minds. With such a young age, they will be able to earn by themselves. Through Bitcoin, it also helps people to learn managing their savings properly. Your kids will also have a chance to talk to other people worldwide and act as they are already professionals. I am just telling my opinion and I just also want to share what my advise is. It is still up to you on how you teach them about Bitcoin. Just giving an idea hehehe

Kids nowadays is not hard to teach about something like bitcoins, they are a fast learner especially by the use of gadgets but I think its too early for them to mind this thing

I don't think that there is any neccesity of doing it - they will learn with time everything they need to know just by their capabilities, it's not a thing to worry about.

Most of the children now days are into digital entertainments.  Teach them to earn and spend  by playing educational online games. There are already online games that link to bitcoin such as piggy coin and minecraft, these helps children to understand the value of cryptocurrency.
