Just tell them its a type of digital currency whose price is increasing and tell them how you earn it  Grin
Kids are not interested of earning, they are more interested in having fun, I think it's better to teach them how to play
gambling like dice but should be under your supervision so they will not be addicted.
It's not that as easy as 123. Teaching bitcoin to kids is really hard. And you should not teach your kids to gamble even if it's under your supervision. Gambling is not good for everyone. It will only cause you depression. There's a possibility that your kids will be addicted in gambling. Let kids enjoy their lives. Let them play with their friends. I would not advice to teach kids about bitcoin.

little kids nowadays are fast learners and can easily understand some things, so if I teach a kid about bitcoin I will just let them see a video.
I will let them see a video about bitcoin how it works and what it is.

You should not teach kids about bitcoin, because they are now small maybe later when they are 16 you could teach them about bitcoin and that you can earn money and pay with it.

Bitcoin should surely be teached many people have not a idea what bitcoin is.

It is not easy to teach them how to use bitcoin or understand it well, for me the only knowledge that we can teach them is, to save and to sort things that makes their life easy, like bitcoin you can send effortlessly into another people,. for sure after they knew that they can easily understand bitcoin.

And why would you teach them, will they benefit from learning it? Just leave it to adults, let the kids have fun and play. Teach them in the right time, when they're old enough to understand it.

Teaching kids in a Way that they will get interested with it like motivating them. Telling them that they can get money from BTC they are more easy to teach because kids now a days are more literate with computers.

Yeah this is true, kids nowadays are more smarter but lazier because of the gadgets. But one can teach their kids and motivating them using these gadgets they are mostly using. I bet most of the kids below 12 yrs old now have owned or own like a tablet or ipad, they'd be interested if you tell them what bitcoins could do and teach them the usage of bitcoin too.

You are right kids nowadays are smart because of the new technology on their generation which they can really easily cope up on online things and its really a good thing to teach them about the usage of bitcoin but depending on their interest because they dont really still mind on transfering money since they are just still kids and dont bother too much when it comes to money.

I don't think kids can be made interested in money because earning is not yet on their mind. They are young and we don't expect them to be on the stage of self-actualization where they see that money is important. Forcing them won't do anything and you the attempt that you will do for the kid will give you a setback. I think the proper lesson to teach them is about math where they are given real life examples which they can use and then later on you can introduce investing in general on why is it important for their future.

I agree with people when they say they should integrate Bitcoin with games to make it more fun. That also helps them to be more interested with Bitcoin.

I also would consider like a comic to mention Bitcoin and use it, so they get curious and ask people around them.

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?

I think it is good to teach to them the bitcoin in their early days because in that situations they will somehow understand it even if there are only child and as they grew up they also learn things in bitcoin and start to realize how to earn on it in different ways and what is the best way to earn.

For me the experience of teaching bitcoin to others like kids are  a very wonderful opportunity because we all know that bitcoin nowadays are a big thing to most of the users. And if we teach it to kids that somehow able to earn it we may help them in some aspects of their life like financials.

it is not a time for children to introduce bitcoin to them as an source of money, because in this way they will become greedy. If you introduce bitcoin as an real cryptocurrency and tell all the facts and features of bitcoin to them then i think they will find many ways by them self to it in the future.

Introduce the child with money,
"how does money have value?" (this includes the market). after that explain  real money with digital money, and then introduce child "what is cryptocurrency ? ", maybe you give a negative understanding about money and bitcoin, if you dont want to have problems later on. but you need to understand what cryptocurrency is widely

Kids like to learn new things, this can be implemented through games and stories. Before making them to learn about bitcoin they have to know about money management systems, this can be fed to them through simple stories and games in a manner they could understand. So when they grow up automatically they show interest on bitcoin.
It is true the children use to learn good and bad things in very short time so if we will teach our children the up and down of the bitcoin it will be good for their future. In the coming time the price of the bitcoin will become more than double or may be more than that so it will be the surety of a better future of your children so tell them about the present condition and train them for the future.

I dont genuinely think that bitcoin is effortless to clarify on kids due to the fact there is so several difficult factors in bitcoin although and it is not that basic as fiat currency. I believe it is larger likelihood to be scam rather than in fiat, a lot more over if this is completed by children, there will be a lot of scamming factors arise

I think teaching kids about bitcoin is just the same as how we teach numbers and money, its just that the cryptocurrency doesn't need lots of space in your house or in the banks because its made with codes. I think its not gonna be hard for kids to learn about bitcoin or cryptocurrency, I think the better question is, how would you teach old people about bitcoin.

For me we do not need to teach kid in bitccoins. Why? Because they are the future generations, and bitcoins are the future. They will both fall at the same place at the same time. They will also discover it just like how we discover bitcoins. But if you are talking about teen agers, ues we should teach them about it because it can provide thwm an income for them to be independent. And for them to have an early investment for their brighter future.

I think we should make a video or interesting content so they do not get bored to see it and want to keep learning it.
It is right suggestion because most of the time children pick the visual concept more faster than teaching and teaching so they will take good interest if we will teach them in this way, children use to grab the concepts more easily than the elders but it is the point that how they will be able to apply this . First of all tell them the values and the worth of the bitcoin so then tell them how to use it and how they will earn through this using their specific skills.

I do not think that bitcoin can be taught to children, because they are too early to get to know this crypto world.
Because childhood is still in the development stage.
On average in my place, children prefer to play rather than know the crypto world because at a young age no one thinks to earn money.
