NASA expert: El Niño is 'too big to fail'

"LOS ANGELES – Climatologists are predicting that this winter will be unusual across the country because of El Niño that is brewing in the Pacific Ocean.

"There's no longer a possibility that El Niño wimps out at this point. It's too big to fail," Bill Patzert, a climatologist for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, told the LA Times. "And the winter over North America is definitely not going to be normal."

Scientists say El Niño is getting stronger because of rising sea-level ocean temperatures in the Pacific Ocean and a change of directions of the wind along the equator.

According to LA Times, that means that winter storms that normally drop rain in central America could shift north and move them over California and the southern United States.

Mike Halpert, the deputy director of the Climate Prediction Center, said this El Niño is the second strongest he's seen at this time of the year.

"This could be one of the types of winters like in 1997-98," Halpert said."

Personally, I'm hoping for a lot more global warming. If we can thaw Antarctica, we just might find Atlantis down there. And the additional water will get into the atmosphere, and turn the Sahara into a lush garden.

Video: St Louis Nuclear Waste Evacuation Plan Bill Gates Majority Share Holder of Landfill Co.

http://teamsternation.blogspot.com/2013/03/bill-gates-landfill-explodes-near.html

Bill Gates' landfill explodes near radioactive waste in Missouri

"Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft, is now the biggest shareholder in Republic Services, which operates an exploding landfill near a nuclear waste site.

Funny thing is they don't want to call it an explosion. It's being called a "void space with pressurized gas." Or "a violent forceful event."

The violent forceful event follows months of complaints by residents who live near Bridgeton Landfill. They were smelling foul odors that came from the landfill's underground fire. KMOV reports:

Dawn Chapman, who lives more than two miles away, says she smelled the foul odors in her neighborhood.

She has concerns that what’s burning underground could reach the nearby Westlake landfill just to the north, which has radioactive waste...

Republic Services out of Arizona operates the landfill. Two years ago, it found underground temperatures were increasing dramatically and began drilling to reduce the heat, in the process releasing the smelly gas.

The company has said repeatedly that because the landfill sits in a huge limestone quarry that acts as a barrier under the ground, there’s no way any sort of fire could reach Westlake.

“Isn’t that the same thing they said about the Titantic,” said resident Mark Neels. “I’m a historian by trade and what I’ve discovered is that hypotheticals have a funny way of becoming reality.”

That comment inspired a poem, to be sung to the tune of  "It Was Sad When That Great Ship Went Down."

It Was Sad When the Landfill Blew Up

Oh they built Allied/Republic
To pick up the trash from you
And the more they charge your city, then your taxes go up too
Republic wants to make more dough
So safety's the first thing to go
It was sad when the landfill blew up.

CHORUS:
It was sad. It was sad.
It was sad when the landfill blew up.
Trash building up methane gas...it was too good to last
It was sad when Republic's landfill blew up.

Nuclear waste was dumped
A bunch of years ago
And it's right next to this landfill
That's on fire down below
Republic claims it's as safe as can be
To have fire near radioactivity
It was sad when the landfill blew up.

[CHORUS]

Now, Bill Gates is the main owner
Of this huge trash company
So when he makes those giant profits
Know those come from you and me
Republic needs to respect the members
Of our community
It was sad when the landfill blew up."

I can do both.

Revelation 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Luxury 'doomsday bunker' will allow 34 super rich families to survive the apocalypse

"When the end of the world comes, even wealthy people will not be spared.

Unless, of course, they've managed to buy themselves a spot in a massive underground apocalypse bunker.

Whilst is handy, because the super rich have been invited to buy up a place in a five star shelter in Rothenstein, Germany, which is designed to allow them to live underground for a year and then emerge "when the worst is over".

Just 34 "high worth" families will be welcomed into the European doomsday den, with prices only available on application."

"Insider Art: The doomsday bunker will allow billionaires to show off their collections

The sumptuous $1billion building is fitted with swimming pools, gyms and theatres so the rich don't get too bored whilst the rest of us are all busy killing or being killed.

Originally a Soviet-era Cold War base, it offers the perfect balance between luxury and safety."

"'Vivos is the most affordable way to secure ownership and space for you and your loved ones in a real underground shelter built to withstand virtually any envisioned catastrophe,' its owners wrote.

The Vivos website lists all the bizarre conspiracy theories wheeled out to suggest the world is about to end."

In 1517 Martin Luther put up the 95 Theses.

"...But in 1517 Luther penned a document attacking the Catholic Church’s corrupt practice of selling “indulgences” to absolve sin. His “95 Theses,” which propounded two central beliefs—that the Bible is the central religious authority and that humans may reach salvation only by their faith and not by their deeds—was to spark the Protestant Reformation. Although these ideas had been advanced before, Martin Luther codified them at a moment in history ripe for religious reformation. The Catholic Church was ever after divided, and the Protestantism that soon emerged was shaped by Luther’s ideas. His writings changed the course of religious and cultural history in the West...."

Lutherans have a big problem with the papacy selling indulgences and claiming you can be saved by things other than the grace of the Lord, through Jesus Christ dying on the cross.

Believing that the papacy is the anti-christ can put a damper on relations with Catholics, so they have decided to ignore Martin Luther, their namesake, and have decided to join the Catholics in a sort of combination religion. (pushing for the one-world religion)

Now there are some Lutherans out there that still believe the papacy to be the anti-christ spirit, but as I say the Catholic Church is not Christian (but some Catholics are), the Lutheran Church will have a few people who still believe the papacy is the anti-christ spirit in some way.

The Lutherans have this booklet called "From Conflict to Communion | Lutheran–Catholic Common Commemoration of the Reformation in 2017." It's 100 pages long, but I watched a video discussing it. Here is what the website says it is about:

"The Lutheran–Roman Catholic Commission on Unity invites all Christians to study its report open-mindedly and critically, and to walk along the path towards the full, visible unity of the Church.

In 2017, Catholics and Lutherans will jointly look back on the event of the Reformation and reflect on 50 years of official worldwide ecumenical dialogue during which time the communion they share anew has continued to grow.

This encourages Lutherans and Catholics to celebrate together the common witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Yet, amidst this celebration, they will also have reason to experience the suffering caused by the division of the Church, and to look self-critically at themselves, not only throughout history, but also through today’s realities."

From what I've seen in the book, the Lutherans make major concessions.

"The year 2017 will see the first centennial commemoration of the Reformation to take place during the ecumenical age. It will also mark fifty years of Lutheran-Roman Catholic dialogue. As part of the ecumenical movement, praying together, worshipping together, and serving their communities together have enriched Catholics and Lutherans."

page 79

"Although the documents Church and Justification and Apostolicity of the Church made significant contributions to a number of unresolved issues between Catholics and Lutherans, further ecumenical conversation is still needed on: the relation between the visibility and invisibility of the
church, the relation between the universal and local church, the church as sacrament, the necessity of sacramental ordination in the life of the
church, and the sacramental character of episcopal consecration. Future discussion must take into account the significant work already done in these and other important documents. This task is so urgent since Catholics and Lutherans have never ceased to confess together the faith in the »one, holy, catholic, and apostolic church.«"

page 82

"As the commemoration in 2017 brings joy and gratitude to expression, so must it also allow room for both Lutherans and Catholics to experience the pain over failures and trespasses, guilt and sin in the persons and events that are being remembered. 229.  On this occasion, Lutherans will also remember the vicious and degrading statements that Martin Luther made against the Jews. They are ashamed of them and deeply deplore them. Lutherans have come to recognize with a deep sense of regret the persecution of Anabaptists by Lutheran authorities and the fact that Martin Luther and Philip Melanchthon theologically supported this persecution. They deplore Luther’s violent attacks against the peasants during the Peasants’ War. The awareness of the dark sides of Luther and the Reformation has prompted a critical and self-critical attitude of Lutheran theologians towards Luther and the Wittenberg Reformation. Even though they agree in part with Luther’s criticism of the papacy, nevertheless Lutherans today reject Luther’s identification of the pope with the Antichrist."

It goes on about how Lutherans apologize... not so much for the Catholics. And the Lutherans are now admitting they don't identify the papacy as the anti-christ. Was that a compromise or just giving in?

Well they're going to get together in 2017 for a show of coming together, for the 500th anniversary of the day Luther put up his Theses. Besides the papacy working on the Sunday law with this push (National Back to Church Sunday), they are pushing for unity of all Christian denominations.

Video: Town In India Invaded by Toxic Waste Clouds, Mystery Fibers Fall from Texas Sky

Town in India Invaded by Toxic Waste Clouds

"Fluffy white clouds of toxic waste have invaded the streets of Bangalore. It looks like fresh snow, but it’s actually from the Bellandur Lake, which is horribly contaminated with chemical and sewage waste. When it rains, the lake rises and winds lift the foam into the sky and carry it to India’s technology capital.

The city used to be home to nearly a thousand lakes, but now only about 150 exist. Thanks to the pollution, Bangalore has earned a new nickname: the “land of a thousand sewage tanks.” [1]

Bellandur Lake used to supply more than 20 villages with water until the 1970’s, but it has since become a cesspool. It is part of the Bellandur drainage system and it drains into the southern and southeastern part of the city.

Digital Journal reports that by the 1980s, unregulated industrial, residential and commercial development caused insufficient rainwater to reach the Bellandur Lake. The body of water declined further in the 1990s, when Bangalore became India’s version of Silicon Valley. As IT companies moved into the city, the lake became a dumping ground for construction debris, leading increased dumping of chemical waste and raw sewage into the water, and a buildup of the toxins around the lake."

Quote
Bangalore, India was once known for its interconnected lake systems which provided a reliable source of water. As the city grew these lakes were encroached and the water became polluted day by day. The largest Bellandur Lake in Bangalore now carries huge volume of snowy froth which blocks the adjacent canals. This froth which would otherwise been a sight to behold stinks and on contact with skin causes irritation. Following a heavy rain the froth from the canal rises up and lands on the roads causing inconvenience to those travelling on two wheelers. This is a major concern with many such lakes in Bangalore which are getting polluted with harmful chemicals like nitrates, potassium, sulphates, etc.

"The once-popular family recreation area is now a fenced-off area, with water so toxic that people who come into contact with it develop skin rashes and burning eyes.  The foam is the result of very high levels of ammonia and phosphorus and oxygen-depletion.

The foam, which can reach up to more than 3 feet on roadsides, reduces disability and clings to cars, cyclists and pedestrians, and produces a putrid stench that burns the nose. But most terrifying, the foam is flammable. The lake itself occasionally catches fire due to the grease, oil, and detergents found in the foam. This occurred in May and June, resulting in a 56-year-old man standing on a bridge above the lake suffering a ruptured cornea. [3]"

I skimmed it. I was going to place that response after the post following, the one with the soap suds, but this one looked better.

EDIT: The major problem with Lutherans is that when they speak law to their people, they neglect detailed gospel. And when they speak gospel, they neglect detailed law.

United Methodist and Episcopalian Church Clergy Lead Prayer Rally to “Bless” Abortion Clinic

"In Ohio, United Methodist Church pastor, Reverend Laura Young, says she believes pro-life protesters in front of Planned Parenthood and other abortion facilities have “misguided faith.” In fact, she thinks these clinics should be blessed, which is why she went out to an abortion facility called Preterm on October 8th in Cleveland...."

“I’m here today standing alongside my fellow clergymen and clergywomen to say: thank God for abortion providers,” said Rev. Harry Knox, president and CEO of Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice (RCRC) which supports abortion rights and what it refers to as “abortion care.”

Lawsuit against Boeing says airplane cabin air can turn toxic

"Airplane cabin air can turn toxic, sickening passengers and crew, a problem that's been alleged for decades in the U.S. and around the world, says a lawsuit filed Monday against Chicago-based aircraft-maker Boeing Co.

Toxic fumes sometimes described as smelling like dirty socks can enter the cabin through a bleed-air system, which draws outside air through the aircraft engine and pumps it into the cabin. Drawing air from the engine is not normally a problem. But sometimes, for example when certain valves and seals leak, engine oil and byproducts can mix with drawn-in air, forcing harmful fumes into the airplane cabin, according to the suit filed by four Alaska Airlines flight attendants in Cook County Circuit Court.

Boeing's "dirty little secret," as the lawsuit calls it, in one instance led to those flight attendants vomiting and three of them passing out during a coast-to-coast flight that was diverted to Chicago in 2013. They were taken to a Chicago hospital, and two of them never returned to work, according to the plaintiffs' lawyer.

Attorneys for the flight attendants claim the crew was "poisoned" and that Boeing's "design defects" and failure to warn anybody about the dangers of toxic cabin air were fraudulent and negligent, and that the company is "knowingly endangering airplane passengers."

One expert said that such "fume events" are relatively common, likely happening on at least one U.S. flight per day.

The suit cites an internal email from a Boeing engineer who in 2007 wrote about the alleged fume problem, "I think we are looking for a tombstone before anyone with any horsepower is going to take interest."

However, Boeing over the years has maintained that there is no problem with bleed air, and that contaminants in cabin air remain at safe levels — assertions that it says are backed up by independent studies. On Monday, Boeing declined to comment about the lawsuit....."

NYPD has super-secret X-ray vans

"The top cop was asked Tuesday about the counter-terror vehicles, called Z Backscatter Vans, in light of the NYCLU’s request to file an amicus brief arguing that the NYPD should have to release records about the X-ray vans.

“They’re not used to scan people for weapons,” Bratton insisted. “The devices we have, the vehicles if you will, are all used lawfully and if the ACLU and others don’t think that’s the case, we’ll see them in court — where they’ll lose! At this time and the nature of what’s going on in the world, that concern of theirs is unfounded.”

He declined to give more specific details about the devices themselves.

“Those are issues I’d prefer not to divulge to the public at this time,” Bratton said. “I will not talk about anything at all about this — it falls into the range of security and counter-terrorism activity that we engage in.”

The website ProPublica filed suit against the NYPD three years ago after an investigative journalist’s requests for police reports, training materials and health tests related to the X-rays were denied.

New York State Supreme Court Judge Doris Ling-Cohan ruled that the department should have to turn over the records, despite the NYPD’s arguments that disclosing that information could interfere with investigations.

“While this court is cognizant and sensitive to concerns about terrorism, being located less than a mile from the 9/11 site, and having seen firsthand the effects of terrorist destruction, nonetheless, the hallmark of our great nation is that it is a democracy, with a transparent government,” the judge wrote in the December 2014 decision.

The NYPD appealed that decision — and now the NYCLU has requested to file an amicus brief urging the appeals court to uphold the lower court’s original ruling.

People should be informed if military-grade X-ray vans are damaging their health with radiation or peering inside their homes or cars,” said NYCLU Executive Director Donna Lieberman. “New Yorkers have a right to protect their health, welfare and privacy.”

Little is known about how the NYPD uses the high-tech machines, which reportedly cost between $729,000 and $825,000.

The vans are also employed by US Customs and Border Protection to scan for drugs and explosives."

From 2014, why were they ever added to the products in the first place?

Johnson & Johnson Admits: Our Baby Products Contain Cancer Causing Formaldehyde

"If you buy special shampoo for your baby, the last thing you’d expect it to contain would be known or suspected carcinogens… But if you live in the U.S., this may in fact be the case. For the past two years, health and environmental groups have been urging Johnson & Johnson to remove two potentially cancer-causing chemicals from its baby shampoo.

One of these ingredients is quaternium-15, which releases formaldehyde; a skin, eye, and respiratory irritant, and a known carcinogen (formaldehyde exposure has been associated with leukemia specifically). According to SafeCosmetics.org:

'The North American Contact Dermatitis Group considers quaternium-15 to be among the most clinically significant contact allergens in children.'

The other, 1,4-dioxane, is a “likely carcinogen,” and is present in Johnson & Johnson’s:

    Baby Shampoo
    Oatmeal Baby Wash
    Moisture Care Baby Wash, and
Aveeno Baby Soothing Relief Creamy Wash

According to the CDC, 1,4 dioxane is “probably carcinogenic to humans,” and is toxic to your brain, central nervous system, kidneys, and liver...."

Video: US Navy Offensive Biological Warfare "Training" Video Is Beyond Shocking

US Navy Offensive Biological Warfare “Training” Video Is Beyond ShockingUS Navy Offensive Biological Warfare “Training” Video Is Beyond Shocking

"Those that doubt the twisted and psychotic nature of our own military need to consider long and hard the contents of the newly declassified 14 minute video below from 1952. The entire composition of this military "training" film is far beyond disturbing and alarming. The criminal cabal that currently rules the world are well aware of the fact that populations are beginning to wake up to their ongoing global atmospheric spraying programs of total decimation and omnicide. After viewing the attached video, would any sane person doubt the fact that those in power would not hesitate to use biological weapons against their own populations in order to retain their grip on power? It is not just a possibility, but has long been a lethal reality that is clearly visible to any who bother to look up, do some objective research, and then put their sense of deductive reasoning to use. Climate engineering is weather warfare and biological warfare. There is no separating these components, they are all one and the same. We are all under direct assault, as is the entire biosphere. This is not alarmism, theory, conjecture, or speculation, it is verifiable fact. Check your priorities, if you are not focused on the critical battle to expose and halt the toxic spraying of our skies being carried out under the global climate modification/solar radiation management umbrella, then you are missing the point. These programs of aerosol spraying are the most immediate threat to life on Earth short of nuclear cataclysm. Make your voice heard in the fight for the common good while there is yet something worth fighting for.

Video: MIND CONTROL SCIENCE: Article Claims Belief in God can be Reduced by Magnetic Energy

"Several articles were published today that Magnetic Energy directed to certain parts of the brain can reduce a belief in God. While the results are not as definitive as the titles of the articles suggest, the science itself is questionable as to its ethics, as well as the presupposed ideas of the experimenters and their suggestion of what's positive and negative. Not to mention, this seems to be MK Ultra style mind control going public.

I have to ask why are they focused on Christians belief in God in particular?

Scientists claim they can change your belief on immigrants and God – with MAGNETS

"A bizarre experiment claims to be able to make Christians no longer believe in God and make Britons open their arms to migrants in experiments some may find a threat to their values.

Scientists looked at how the brain resolves abstract ideological problems.

Using a technique called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), researchers safely shut down certain groups of neurones in the brains of volunteers.

TMS, which is used to treat depression, involves placing a large electromagnetic coil against the scalp which creates electric currents that stimulate nerve cells in the region of the brain involved in mood control.

Researchers found the technique radically altered religious perceptions and prejudice.

Belief in God was reduced almost by a third, while participants became 28.5 per cent less bothered by immigration numbers.

Dr Keise Izuma, from the University of York, said: "People often turn to ideology when they are confronted by problems.

"We wanted to find out whether a brain region that is linked with solving concrete problems, like deciding how to move one's body to overcome an obstacle, is also involved in solving abstract problems addressed by ideology."

The scientists targeted the posterior medial frontal cortex, a brain region a few inches up from the forehead that is associated with detecting and responding to problems.

Volunteers were asked to rate their belief in God, heaven, the devil, and hell after undergoing pre-screening to ensure that they held religious convictions.

Dr Izuma said: "We decided to remind people of death because previous research has shown that people turn to religion for comfort in the face of death.

'As expected, we found that when we experimentally turned down the posterior medial frontal cortex, people were less inclined to reach for comforting religious ideas despite having been reminded of death.'

The American participants were also shown two essays written by newly arrived immigrants - one highly complimentary of the US and the other extremely critical.

Dr Izuma said: 'When we disrupted the brain region that usually helps detect and respond to threats, we saw a less negative, less ideologically motivated reaction to the critical author and his opinions.'

The research, published in the journal Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience, suggests our brains use the same basic mental pathways to solve practical problems such as following directions or ideological issues such as immigration and religion.

Lead author Dr Colin Holbrook, form the the University of California at Los Angeles, said: 'These findings are very striking, and consistent with the idea that brain mechanisms that evolved for relatively basic threat-response functions are re-purposed to also produce ideological reactions.'

Interviews near US nuclear sites: “Piles of dead lambs, with 2 heads, or no legs… just piles of dead baby lambs” — “Lambs born without eyes or mouths… legs grotesquely grown together, others had no legs” — “Farmers couldn’t understand why all the animals were dying… all the dogs and cats too”

Journeyman Pictures, published Sep 28, 2015 (emphasis added): In towns like St. George in the state of Utah, which were downwind of the [Nevada] test site, people found the nuclear program much more troubling. Claudia Peterson remembers seeing atomic blasts as a child growing up near St. George. “I was with my brother out in the garden and this ball of red flame came up over the horizon and I ran to the house to tell my mother there was flying saucer. Our neighbors had sheep, and I remember thinking during lambing season that it was normal to have piles of dead lambs — with two heads, or no legs, or just piles of dead baby lambs.” People in the town started to get sick. When she was a child, two of Claudia’s school friends died of cancer, and her father was diagnosed with a brain cancer. “I thought that was probably the hardest thing I was ever going to go through, but it was just the tip of the iceberg for what happened in our family”… Her daughter bethany was just 3 when she was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, at the same time Claudia’s sister succumbed to melanoma. “So I came home, told my sister goodbye, took her off life support. Her youngest child was 6 months old, her oldest was like 14 at the time — and a month later our daughter died.”

Interview with LaVerne Kautz of Ritzville, Washington, published Aug 2, 2015 (at 5:45): “We were taught to believe in our government and everything that they told us [about Hanford], but I don’t anymore on… We had a lot of what we call ‘crooked calves’ and they’re blaming this on to the lupine [plant]. But we had done an average of 200 cattle a year that we ran, and we’d never had a problem with crooked calves [before] and we had a lot of lupine in our pastors, and we quit raising cattle in 1959… There’s been quite a few farmers with crooked calves.”

Interview with Kay Sutherland of Walla Walla, Washington, published Jul 26, 2015 (at 0:30 in): “During this period in the late 40s and early 50s [near Hanford], all the animals, all the farm animals, seemed to be dying for no reason. The dairy farmers couldn’t understand why all the animals were dying. All the dogs and cats were dying. All the baby calves being born we’re not surviving… My father worked for the creameries, [he said] for some reason all of them were dying… It always stuck in my memory, why were all the animals dying or being born deformed? We could never understand why the animals were being born with crooked hooves. And I relate that to, now, how my daughter Jennifer was born — where she would have the crooked hoof syndrome.

Der Speigel, Mar 24, 2011: The former plutonium plant in Hanford, Washington is one of the most contaminated places on earth… The lambs were born without eyes or mouths. Some had legs that had grotesquely grown together; others had no legs at all. Many were stillborn. Thirty-one were lost in a single night… And then the babies started getting sick… farmer Nels Allison first noticed something was ominously wrong in [Basin City during 1962] “Son of a bitch,” he said to his wife. Sheep were always “the first to lie down and die” when something was amiss… He started referring to that deadly night “the Night of the Little Demons.”… their tale is one of thousands of horror stories that took place in the area surrounding Hanford… The site haunts the locals to this day — and imperils them… pride has turned into horror. The farmers in the area and people… are among the most highly radiated humans on earth… thousands upon thousands of workers, residents and farmers were deliberately contaminated… Fallout from the experiment, which was called “Green Run,” drifted all the way to California. People wondered why they suddenly got sick…”

Is the United States an “exceptional” nation?  Well, the facts show that we are, but not for the reasons that you may think.  Now that it is election season, we have all sorts of politicians running around proclaiming that America is the greatest nation on the entire planet.  And just this week, Warren Buffett stated that “America’s great now — it’s never been greater“.  But is it actually true?  Is the United States still a great nation?  I would submit that the numbers suggest otherwise.  I love America, and in my opinion there is not much hope for us until we are willing to admit to ourselves just how far we have fallen.  The following are 36 facts that prove that the United States is an “exceptional” nation…

#1 According to a brand new report that was just released by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the United States has the fattest population in the entire industrialized world by a wide margin.

#2 That same report from the OECD also found that we are number one in child obesity.  In fact, at 38 percent our rate of childhood obesity is even higher than our overall rate of obesity.

#3 According to USA Today, the obesity rate in the United States has more than doubled over the past 25 years.

#4 The Washington Post has reported that Americans spend an average of 293 minutes a day watching television, which is the most in the world by a wide margin.   And as I have discussed previously, more than 90 percent of the “programming” that we absorb is created by just 6 enormously powerful media corporations.

#5 One study found that the average American spends more than 10 hours a day using some sort of electronic device.

#6 By the time an American child reaches the age of 18, that child will have seen approximately 40,000 murders on television.

#7 The average young American will spend 10,000 hours playing video games before the age of 21.

#8 Out of 22 countries studied by the Educational Testing Service, Americans were dead last in tech proficiency, dead last in numeracy and only two countries performed worse than us when it came to literacy proficiency.

#9 In more than half of all U.S. states, the highest paid public employee in the state is a football coach.

#10 The percentage of wealth owned by middle class adults is lower in North America than it is anywhere else in the world.

#11 Almost half of all Americans (47 percent) do not put a single penny out of their paychecks into savings.

#12 It turns out that Americans are very good at locking people away in prison.  At 716 per 100,000 members of the population, the United States has the highest incarceration rate on the entire planet by a very wide margin.

#13 Approximately one-fourth of the entire global prison population is in the United States.

#14 In 2014, police in the United States killed 1,100 people.  During that same year, police in Canada killed 14 people, police in China killed 12 people and police in Germany didn’t kill anyone at all.

#15 One recently published study found that one out of every six young Americans has stolen something during the past year.

#16 There are more car thefts in the United States than anywhere else in the world by far.

#17 According to Fox News, approximately 70 percent of married men in the United States admit to having cheated on their wives.

#18 Americans spend far more on health care than anyone else in the world, and yet we only rank 26th in life expectancy and our entire health care system has been transformed into a giant money making scam.

#19 According to a study conducted by the Mayo Clinic, nearly 70 percent of all Americans are on at least one prescription drug, and an astounding 20 percent of all Americans are on at least five prescription drugs.

#20 According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, 31 percent of all food in the United States gets wasted.  In case you were wondering, that amounts to approximately 133 billion pounds of food a year.

#21 In 2013, women earned 60 percent of all bachelor’s degrees that were awarded that year in the United States.

#22 A survey conducted by the Barna Group discovered that 77 percent of Christian men in America in the 18 to 30-year-old age bracket view pornography at least monthly.

#23 There are more than 4 million adult websites on the Internet, and they get more traffic than Netflix, Amazon and Twitter combined.

#24 70 percent of Americans do not “feel engaged or inspired at their jobs”.

#25 When LBJ’s “War on Poverty” began, less than 10 percent of all U.S. children were growing up in single parent households.  Today, that number has skyrocketed to 33 percent.

#26 In 1950, less than 5 percent of all babies in America were born to unmarried parents.  Today, that number is over 40 percent.

#27 According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there are 20 million new cases of sexually-transmitted disease in the United States each year.

#28 Today, the United States has the highest STD infection rate in the entire industrialized world.

#29 According to a survey that was just released within the last 30 days, only 29 percent of Americans want to cut off federal funding for Planned Parenthood even after all of the shocking undercover videos that were released this year.

#30 America has the highest rate of illegal drug use on the entire planet.

#31 Doctors in the United States write more than 250 million prescriptions for antidepressants each year.

#32 One survey of 50-year-old men in the U.S. found that only 12 percent of them said that they were “very happy”.

#33 Every single year, the United States has the largest trade deficit in the entire world by a very wide margin.  But most Americans still don’t seem concerned that thousands of businesses and millions of good jobs have been leaving our country.

#34 As you read this article, there are 102.6 million working age Americans that do not have a job.

#35 We are supposed to have a government “of the people, by the people, for the people”, but only 25 percent of all Americans know how long U.S. Senators are elected for (6 years), and only 20 percent of all Americans know how many U.S. senators there are in total.

#36 On average, we have been stealing more than 100 million dollars from future generations of Americans every single hour of every single day since Barack Obama entered the White House.
