The problem with all those lending operations, like BTC jam, is the volatility of cryptos. I believe now that Nubits is released, it is the best crypto for these kind of lending businesses I remember from back then at 2012 when i had lend some BTC but due to the high rise later, i never got them back If the lending was with a stable crypto then there wouldn't be any problem!

BTCJam has supported loans indexed to exchanges back to at least early 2013. The biggest problem with BTCJam is their lack of responsiveness to very legitimate requests. Like others in this thread I have one of my own, a single, very simple request for clarification, sent to a few of their email addresses. They are not even coming back to me on "we got your message" other than an automated response from one of their email addresses. Maybe we BTCJam users could get together, hire a lawyer in Sao Paulo, and get some simple answers that would make other things easier.

I totally agree! Outstanding ticket re: bank verification for a month now. Asked for an update after three weeks, nada. They do not seem capable of providing proper support for their site. This is a HUGE red flag considering the nature of the service offering. Be careful peeps. Also, I recommend people create a dummy banking account for verification, ie, dont use your day to day banking account info. Set up a separate, fee free account, drop $10 in it and forget it. Also, change your passwords before and after verification, just to be on the safe side. further, a banking statement should be sufficient to verify your banking anyway, they accept them as address verification so whats up with that? On the service side, I also have to say that two weeks to fund a loan is not sufficient when people only risk 1000 sats at a time. We should be able to extend at 30-40% funded for a further week if not 2, 30 days max. Anyone have a better suggestion for P2P lending that BTCJam?

You can post a note, you do that in the investments page /listing_investments , then if someone buys your note they take over that investment and you get 96%(4% fee on sold notes) of the price you listed the note for.

Still waiting for the support to solve the problem, and the solution is not disabling the 2Fa.

In the Bitcoin Addresses Tab, the form won't accept a withdrawal address. Anybody else run into this?
nm, it sends you a verification email when you click save.

Better question imo is: is someone giving a fuck about a service you implemented some time ago? Or are you just running it without any tweaks, updates or user support? There are many things to boost - if you don't have time for that, why dont you hire extra developer? I bet you can make nice money on that service!!

Lucky you :-) Late 1-30 days: ฿0.0482 Late 31-120 days: ฿1.0073 Default ฿2.2977 What I have learned so far: The KYC-proceedings of BTCJam ARE a joke. In fact, they DO NOT exist. I received some arbitration notes with information about some borrowers and just by looking at some details, it was immedeately obvious that the IDs were 100% fake. But BTCJam doesn't give a fuck. I know how KYC-proceedings work, including PIP and PEP-checks. But there are no checks at all with BTCJam. So my advise: Stay away from them!

I've been using BTCJam for about 6 months and made pretty good returns on it. The staff is very professional, only one time the site was down and I got a little scared, but otherwise it was all good.
Of course you need to carefully choose who are giving your money to on the site, there are some scammers there that will just run away with your money once loans are activated. But the rating system in place can avoid you a lot of bad surprises.
