A though draw in the quarter final when we will get Chelsea facing Manchester United while Tottenhamwill face Millwall and Manchester City will face Middlesbrough if the win the 2nd leg against Huddersfield also Arsenal will more likely to see playing against Lincoln City because Sutton United is not going to be a problem for them.

Im looking forward to the first fixture that you mentioned, it will be intriguing to see how mourinho sets up for this game. My best bet is that he will park the bus and try to frustrate Chelsea and then break on the counter, there are two problems with that:
1. Man U doesn't have players with the pace needed for fast counter attacks, the likes of Mata and Ibra are just too slow
2. Chelsea just need one chance to score, especially if Pedro and Cota and Hazard are in the team.

Anyone else have the feeling that the winner of this game will go on to win the cup?

I hope Man United gets tired and fatigued by the time they play vs Southampton for the League Cup final this Sunday.  I already placed a bet for Southampton to win the game +0.5 at  2.15.  I think the final will come to a draw with a 0 - 0 or maybe a 1 - 1 scoreline.  Man United also has another game at the Europa League this week while Southampton hasn't had a match since February 11.  The Saints should be good and ready for the final.

It looks like the city wants the focus to UCL so it can't win. I wish city became BPL team could advance to the next round at UCL. Arsenal and Leicester I bet will be lost.

It'll be a really good game & could honestly go either way. I'm a Liverpool fan though so obviously I hate Man Utd. I hope to see Southampton win the Cup. They have a good chance, this is a long way from the great Man Utd teams of the past.

Leicester lost again.

Same thing happened to us. Towards the end of January 2015, we were very average and relied on an incredibly inform Hazard to lead us to the finish line. So much so that Matic even stated that when they didn't know what to do, they would just pass it to Eden. We played conservatively the rest of the season and got the job done, and it was by no means pretty.

These lingering issues worried some of the fans, myself included, during the summer window. We played extremely poor and were convinced it would continue come the start of the season. It didn't help we sold Filipe Luis, Cech, and Drogba whilst not even bringing in any players that could upgrade us. Why were we not strengthening after such a poor end run of the season? The issues were there and not addressed. The only measure was buying stop gap signings. So it was no surprise off the bat we were poor that season. Made it worse the toxic environment Mourinho brought with him.

Likewise with you lot, board should of identified those problems. First mistake was selling Kante to us for absolute peanuts. If Pogba went for 90Mill Kante is at least well above 100mill.

Next vs. Sevilla, I am not sure can win and negative record will create again.

After that thrashing in Munich I don't know in what state of mind Arsenal will be today in the FA Cup match against Sutton. They might show up to play well or just toss the ball around waiting for the match to end. The odds on Sutton to win rose from 17.00 to 29.00 and on the draw from 8.50 to 13.00.
I will wait for the Arsenal line-up to become available and depending on the starters I could play Draw/Arsenal @ 4.9 odds or something else trying to exploit the great odds on Sutton side. Small teams generally do put up a fight vs the big shots like Arsenal and I wouldn't be surprised if they draw today. As for winning I am not too sure though   These 29 odds lol.

Chelsea will be playing at home and they don't have anything else to worry about because the only difficult game they will be playing is Manchester United and it will be played for 3 weeks from while Swansea defense is the worst one in the league conceding 54 goals in 25 games so i think that Chelsea will score atleast two goals and i think a bet on Chelsea -1.5AH will do it.it's true that Swansea improved lately but they still no match to Chelsea offense.

I hope so too mate as I have picked Southampton all along in this League Cup and I have a bet on them to win the final even though it will be a tough game for them but as you said Man Utd have a Europa League match which I'm sure they would want to win. And maybe because I am a Man City fan, I want the Saints to win lol

Hehe.  Well I'm a City fan so obviously you and me both hate United.  I'm kinda obsessed in following their development under Mourinho tho.  When both Pep and Mou were at La Liga I always rooted for Real Madrid because I hate Barca so much.  Mlourinho remains one of my favorite managers so I guess seeing this United under him is of interest to me.

Ibrahimovic is the striker of manchester united , of course they will rely on him more. Indeed, Manchester United have a talented striker like Martial and Rashford, but I'm sure they still need Ibrahimovic. He was very influential on the victory of Manchester United lately. If that Ibrahimovic will move, I am sure Manchester United will be looking for a new striker who could help them to strengthen attacks. Although Ibrahimovic is excited to play in Serie A, but I think he will extend his contract with Manchester United, at least until one season.

Yup Ibrahimovic is a good player but the coach will think all possible ways, and he took this decission. He will replace a better player in Ibrahimovic place. You sound logical but ask yourself how many players playing currently are better or equal to Ibrahimovich and are willing to dump their current clubs for Manchester United and the answer will be closer to None. I think he will not extend his contract, so man united going to miss Ibrahimovic's in upcoming games. And yes there is no other player there to replace Ibrahimovic's. Maybe Man United will take some time to bring back a new player like Ibrahimovic's. It's tough to find this type of player, but they don't have other chance. If he extends his contract then there is a chance for Man United.
