Yeah, that period had a sliver of hope, because they were feeling like they got rid of that problem and would be doing fine. Honestly I can't really remember any time when a team that points penalty twice in a single season, sure seen a team get it once, but a team getting it once, then taken back and then given it again feels like there isn't really all that common, that might be the first ever time I have seen it. Definitely ruins the psychology of people and that should be a difficult one.
