You should put those odds into perspective, but I also had a look and they put Inter Milan first and Napoli second. But Juventus is close as third. I think it makes sense as Napoli is a stable team and this season was crazy but it doesn't need to be that crazy I guess in order to win the title again. They had 17 points advantage at some point and could afford to play less well in the end. But I agree with the ranking for the odds.

Actually, at least Napoli or Juventus should be the favourite. Juventus hasn't even had such a bad year, but you can feel that 10 points deduction at the end of the season. It was no coincidence that Napoli became champion in this competition last year. In general, Juventus seems to have had 3 less years, but you shouldn't count last year because Napoli was way too good. In the seasons that AC Milan and Inter have become champions, Juventus have simply played badly. But plenty to think about for Allegri in the summer.

I thought Monza would be very close to the relegation zone. But the Monza players played very well. They were confident. So the team was able to fight hard even against the big teams. Monza has starting the league with no victory in the last 6 matches and everybody thought they will be relegated at that time but Silvio Berlusconi has decide to sacked their previous manager Giovanni Stroppa and his position was replace by Raffaele Palladino and apparently this is good decision and Palladino debut match with Monza was very fantastic because at that time Monza can able to beat Juventus and from total 32 matches with new manager Monza has been able to collect 13 wins and this also make they can able to survive in Serie A just like their first target when they got promoted and last season Monza is a giant killer because they can beat strong teams such as Juventus, Inter Milan and Napoli but i still considers them as mediocre team and for next season it would be interesting whether Monza can finish at the better position than last season or not

With the change of the coach, Monza's performance changed dramatically. Monza's performance was stable. Coach Raffaele Palladino was well aware that his squad was not strong enough. Even then, Napoli managed to beat Serie A giants like Inter Milan and Juventus. Monza's squad was not strong but their match strategy was good. But it is very difficult to maintain consistency of performance with only a good match strategy. Monza is an average-quality team. But if the Monza management gives decent funds to coach Raffaele Palladino, chances are this team will play better next season.

Sadly, I am going to argue with @sana54210. If Napoli can actually keep the players that they have, I think they have a chance. But if they’re actually still players, I don’t think they will be able to perform as well as they did in this previous season. Especially with the type of players that they will be missing, it is going to be really hard for them. They will not be missing some players that they did not use too much. They will be missing the most important players that actually contributed the most to their winning.

I don’t think they will be dropping down too much. I still think that they will be able to finish in the top four easily. But they won’t be able to be the champions for sure.

Milan's performance was not very good last season, that's because they are very unstable with their form. Milan suffered 8 defeats and 10 draws all season in Serie A, they even almost failed to qualify for the Champions League if Juventus did not experience a point deduction.

Milan has looked better in the last 3 seasons and they have managed to win the scudetto in the 2021-2022 season. Milan must play better in the 2023-2024 season, that's because Juventus looks to be back in the title race. Juventus will focus on Serie A next season, so Milan will have to make more efforts because the competition to be the best will increase.
