yes you are right. and even I am very impressed with the persistence of the Juventus club which instead continues to show improvement and positive trends in every game they face after the sanctions imposed on them. I originally thought that the Juventus players would lose motivation for this season after their club was sanctioned with a 15 point deduction. but the fact is they have appeared very dramatically and have continued to collect point after point until now and it doesn't feel like they are now almost close to the top 4. they just need to maintain their current consistency and continue to win their remaining games.

With their win yesterday, they are just four points behind the fourth placed AS Milan who has a game at hand against league leaders Napoli. With their current form, I'll say a champions league spot at the end of the season might be inevitable. Juventus have improved themselves a lot.  And they have gone a long way in terms of points too. If they collect only 5 points, they will compete strongly with Inter leaving behind Milan, Atalanta, Roma. Inter's being incapable of scoring goals cost them really high against Fiorentina. Fiorentina were already having a wonderful form in the league before the match. They had a lasting winning streak and they maintained it by this match as well. They were lucky to win this one too actually. Because Inter found so many chances to score during the match.

They wasted some unbelievable chances as well. Before this one Lukaku seemed to be getting in-form again. Especially after seeing him making a hat-trick with Belgium shirt I thought that this performance would reflect onto the matches with Inter too. But he wasn't able to benefit from important chances.

With this win, Juventus are closer to AS Roma, they only have a difference of 3 points, yes, even though AS Roma still has 1 game ahead of Juventus. But they really pose a threat to AS Roma and also ATalanta and even for the teams that are in the top 4 of the current standings. Juventus still have many opportunities to make themselves appear in European competition next season.
