No reason for intermilan to focus with only one competition. All of competitions are still very important for intermilan right now. Top 4 was the main target intermilan in serie a and winning UCL will be a bonus as long as intermilan can perform consistently. If intermilan will be failed to get UCL and there is still a chance to participate in UCL next season. UCL has become one source of income for the club caused of the popularity that owned by this competition is very big. It was bringing so much money to the clubs who have been able to participate in the competition. Intermilan has been putting the top 4 serie a as the main target after napoli is having the biggest chance to win the scudetto very soon.

Intermilan sees no chance to compete with napoli. that's why the target already decreased to get into the top 4 at the end of the season to be able to qualify for UCL next season. Intermilan is still trying so hard at UCL.

If AC Milan allows Bologna to steal points, this is a bad decision. IMO. Because, the competition to locked UCL spot for next season's still tight. Even they managed to win vs Napoli in 2 matches, that doesn't mean they can give Bologna a single points. AC Milan still has to play with a full squad, even the 2nd leg of the UCL is also important, but that doesn't mean that Milan underestimates the competition for UCL spots.
