Actually Milan have two center forward between Origi and Giroud but their performance in this season not quit well and Milan need signing new center forward, I don't sure with Milan have enough money for signing Lukaku because Inter Milan have official bid offer 30 million euro and Chelsea still not accept it. Regarding with Lukaku has dedication want to stay with Inter Milan for next season than return to Chelsea after his loan ended.

Currently, AC Milan still have Rafael Leão with top performance last season as forward, but his typical as left forward or winger and Milan tactician never play him as center forward. They will need to make up for the striker shortage for Milan. Along with Giroud, a good striker is very important for Milan. Mehdi Taremi may be a good candidate. He had a successful season in Porto and I believe he can be successful in the Italian league as well. I don't know if Taremi will transfer, but Milan definitely needs a striker.

Taking young players who are talented with good playing skills requires a bigger budget plus there is definitely competition from other clubs to be able to get these young players.
If indeed the of Alvaro Morata and Mehdi Taremi are the last choice for AC Milan then in my opinion it is not too bad, after all these two players have also had pretty good achievements during their careers in the football industry.

Osimhen had a good performance the last season and he was an effective player for Napoli because in the games they didn't have this player Napoli couldn't have a good performance just like the games they had against Ac Milan and he was injured. That's why Napoli is trying to keep this player for another season or make good money from selling this player. 150m is maybe a lot but not for a player like Osimhen and a team like Napoli.
