Thomas Tuchel is one manager who knows how to build a team to be very strong and competitive but how he's failed to do what he's known for at Bayern Munich have been one of the surprises of the season for me especially after the club signed a world class striker like Harry Kane to help him achieve greatness at the club. Bayern Munich this season was supposed to easily win the league table while reaching at least the semi finals of the UEFA Champions League competition but because Thomas Tuchel's poor performance this season, the club is going to currently struggling and have already surrendered their title chase because of their points difference behind league leaders Bayer Leverkusen.
