Judging from current standings and form of the two teams, I am very sure that Leverkusen will lift the Bundesliga title at home in their next match because I don’t think Werder Bremen will be an obstruction to them because Leverkusen win their last two matches against Bremen.
Bremen is not in good form because they were only be able to draw one in their last five matches and they lost the remaining four matches.

Werder Bremen would want to try to make it such a rough game for Leverkusen buy they may probably not succeed because they are not in a good form enough considering the kind of from Leverkusen currently have, they are in a very solid form currently, i consider their form after beating westham yesterday to a 2-0 win in the Europa league games. They show a whole lot of resilience in their form.

Werder Bremen in their recent games has actually been struggling to get goals or even win games as they don't really have the form and the ability to be able to win games in their without really having to stress much on winning, Leverkusen isn't a team that werder Bremen can comfortably contend because they have got a very good form that is much more bey than that which Bremen has got. Yes, it's true that there is no such thing as luck this season. I would say that Bayern didn't had "that" much of a bad year, sure it wasn't great but lets not overreact and say like they played terrible, they were decent, not good for Bayern standards but decent enough. I think the point here is that Leverkusen played amazingly, these guys did not lose even a single game so far, not even a single game.

I feel like the most important thing to consider right now would be realizing that we are going to end up with Leverkusen not being this good again.
