Anyone else can't stop thinking that Borussia Dortmund just gave away the match to Mainz? They're currently losing 0-3 (79th minute), and it's hard to believe that Mainz, a team from the bottom of the table, became so good all of a sudden to beat the Champion's League finalist just like that.

The truth is, Mainz is desperate for a win while Borussia can be satisfied with the 5th place, as it will allow them to play in the Champion's League next season even if they lose in the final.
In fact, Borussia finishing 5th instead of 4th, could mean that we could see 6 German teams in the Champions League next season, as per this article (which I linked earlier):

Mainz seem to be having a lucky day because even if they were going to win, I didn't expect it was actually going to be with this much difference against their opponent who had much earlier appeared better than they did appeared so it's actually a thing for me to be really surprised at but then I'm very certain in the fact thst if Dortmund were to play in their good form with their complete squad it wouldn't have gotten this bad at all.

The margin is just bug and was never expected it's as if Mainz took Total advantage as they saw one and then they have been able to get the best they could get from it which isn't really a bad one but they are still not going to get ahead of Dortmund and very importantly Dortmund Still didn't get to ruin their champions league chances of qualifications for next season due to this loss rather it only helped Mainz to be able to push a bit further away from relegation which I see as to their own advantage much more than it would have been to Dortmund.

They actually had a good performance even if it appeared like they were only taking advantage of an opportunity but then they had a performance they got them appearing like it's a deserving one for them as they were lucky because Dortmund had gotten a tougher task ahead of which they are likely willing to probably sacrifice this match for and if it possible that sacrificing the remaining bundesliga games will get them to winning the champions league trophy then they may most likely get to do it.

Mainz won the match in an impressing way against a champions league finalist. Dortmund didnt need anything but it is crazy that they lose 3-0 against a team that is fighting for survival. On the other hand Mainz with such an important win and everything is in their hands now. Union berlin lost in a crazy comeback by Koln and that gaved Mainz a huge boost

anyone please give me information about why in the Mainz vs Dortmund match there was something strange in the odds for both teams.
as you can see in this match, Mainz was actually favored by the bookmaker, while Dortmund was supposed to be the favorite team but had bigger odds.
what I know at the moment is that Mainz is trying to fight in the remaining matches with very strong consistency, trying to hold a draw in every match to continue to get additional points and stay in the Bundesliga.
but in any case Dortmund should never be able to be beaten or even held to a draw.

What the bookmakers are looking at is the reality on ground. Mainz is at the verge of being relegated but they have a chance of escaping if they can win this match and at least win Wolfsburg or hold them to a draw. So they will deploy everything at their disposal to win the match. On the other hand, Borussia Dortmund is not really fighting for anything as their champions league spot next season is not under any threat. They have qualified for the champions league final this season so all their focus is on preparing for that match against Real Madrid. This is the reason they were given bigger odds and from the first half result, the bookmakers were right.

The bookmakers played a psychological one on gamblers while taking a huge risk, giving Dortmund the higher odds knowing that with their qualification to the champions league finals many gamblers will bet on them to win.
 Many gamblers did so, bet on Dortmund to win without considering the reality on ground which is the possibility that they loose this game because of how focused they will be on the champions league finals against a very resilient Real Madrid.

Stuttgart have got ahead of Bayern Munich after the recent win. Bayern Munich haven't played their game on this week yet though. But I just admire Stuttgart's rise in the standings this season. Leverkusen and Xabi Alonso deserve to be discussed the most but Stuttgart also deserve the appreciation for their success. 

I cannot remember seeing Stuttgart participating in an European competition before and they’ve done well this season that they’ll be amongst the team that will participate in the champions league competition next season from the German side. Their performance is one to speak of and give them big accolades for. They’ve maintained a good distance with their closest rival who are also in the position to qualify for the champions league trophy. With one more match to go, it’s already a qualified ticket for them. 32 wins, 4 draws and 7 lose is a very good record for them and I hope they continue with this performance in the coming season and also do well in the champions league next season.

Relegation is another matter. Union Berlin and Mainz are struggling. Union Berlin has a little advantage if they perform as they did against Koln. Stuttgart must worry about itself. Second place wins. That proves they're here to stay and seeking success. Believe me, this season's ending will be amazing. Dont miss it. Watch out, Stuttgart is only getting started. They'll be massive. You'll see.

I dont know who is struggling the most and for now i would say Union Berlin after they was leading with 2 goals the lost against Cologne with 3:2.
As the game between Mainz against Dortmund is still running Mainz is in front with 3 goals and right now out of the relegation zone.
What crazy results from this matchday , havnt expected the most of them and lost most of my bets.

Basically, Union Berlin managed to score two quick goals in the first half, and Union Berlin should still be able to score another goal. But unfortunately, Union Berlin failed to make another score in that match because FC Koln really could still do their best because FC Koln was also playing at home. And it's true, the efforts made by FC Koln were not in vain because FC Koln managed to beat Union Berlin. Although it is true, FC Koln two goals also occurred near the final minutes of the match and it was a huge effort for FC Koln to get out of the relegation zone. But indeed,what was a surprise was the victory that Mainz managed to get, because Mainz managed to score three quick goals in the first half. Amazingly, Mainz was able to maintain this score until the match ended.

Can't say you're off base - Dortmund getting smacked 0-3 by Mainz is definitely surprising.  Gotta smart a little, particularly with their success lately in Champions League.  Meanwhile, Mainz is scraping to stay up, stuck down in the relegation muck.  Every point matters when you're fighting the drop and they straight up came to play and

Interesting thought on potentially 6 German teams making the Champions League next season if the cards fall right.  Dortmund limps to 5th, coefficients check out right, might be an all-time year for the Bundesliga on Europes biggest stage.

Honestly, Stuttgart have done it more than a lot of people expected. As the season begins, even with their great performances, I was not expecting them to end up in the top four and be able to qualify for the Champions League. My thought was that at the end of the season, their performance would decline, but I seriously deny it. I am so happy for them to secure a position in the next-season champions league. In this season, there has been a big change in Bundesliga competition; unexpected teams like Leverkusen won the Bundesliga trophy and Stuttgart secured a place in the Champions League. I wish changes would always continue because they make competition more interesting.

Just four more games and they are going to have a chance to finish with not only a treble but also the first ever season (that I can think of) that was unbeaten in every competition.

Never seen a team that did not lose in three competitions for a whole season, maybe it has happened before, I know it did happen in the league level before but I can't remember in all three competitions before, that seems like an unlikely thing. They are at 49 unbeaten games so far and that would make it 53 games a season and that would be insane. They had like 13 or 14 games where they found the goal they needed after the 90th minute as well, this team attacks like no other and the amount of press that they do is insane, they are very good at that.

even though previously we were really amazed by Dortmund's performance to be able to enter the UCL final round. but in the Bundesliga, really, when they really don't have the right intention to compete, well, it's at least this bad. Even though they have the chance, is it that difficult to score a goal, and is it easier to go to PSG? I don't know, maybe they are just tired and don't want to worry about their performance and position in the Bundesliga anymore.

However, this is not unusual because their readiness seems to be lacking after playing with superiority in the Champions League although it is not an excuse for a big club.

They lost very badly in this match and indeed this was never expected before although until now it seems that luck with the new Champions League format they don't need to worry about winning or losing because clubs in the Bundesliga have the advantage of 5 clubs in the Champions League next season because if not then indeed Dortmund's chance to be in the Champions League is almost certainly over and only have to win if they want to get that ticket.
In addition, when looking at their performance in the last few matches actually somehow I was not surprised at all to see them lose.

I also didn't think that Dortmund could lose by that many scores without a single goal in return against Mainz, whose position was almost relegated. However, winning 3-0 at home has become a salvation for Mainz now because Mainz can still be superior to Union Berlin who were unable to win at home to Koln today. I think the defeat experienced by Dortmund today is because Dortmund is looking after their core players to be able to play more fit in the Champions League final because the defeat experienced by Dortmund today still puts itself in the Champions League zone for next season.

This is the first time after 11 seasons that they always get the trophy and this season is the worst season for them because their trophy room which is usually always filled even though only from domestic competitions but this season they must be able to accept the fact that they must be absent in bringing the trophy.

Many things must be improved now such as from Bayern's attitude which is too confident that they can always win and of course from coach management problems.
They have to look for new alternatives to Tuchel's replacement now because even though Tuchel is one of the coaches who can be said to be good but he doesn't fit in at Bayern so that makes things difficult because Tuchel's style is not really in line with the philosophy owned by Bayern.
He almost failed last season and failed this season so there is no reason to keep Tuchel for next season.

This season, Bayern Munich had to end the season with a title drought, this was the result of their mistake in anticipating competition in the Bundesliga, and to be honest, no one expected Leverkusen to appear so consistent that they were never defeated. It's true, Bayern Munich management has to overhaul many things to face next season, where I think Leverkusen will remain the dominant force in the competition for trophies. Changing coaches is a priority that they need to pay attention to, Bayern must find a suitable coach to be able to dominate the Bundesliga again. Meanwhile, now there are 2 matches remaining, Tuchel must be able to secure full points before leaving at the end of the season. I really didn't expect Bayern Munich to slump like this, meaning they lost all the domestic trophies they usually achieve every season.

Bayern were too comfortable and always assumed that they would continue to win after the last decade of staying at the top so they relaxed their vigilance a little in the Bundesliga and tried to focus on the Champions League at the beginning of the season but in the end this was a mistake and Tuchel realized it too late so he could not do anything and instead brought Bayern at this time to be willing to get nothing.
No one expected Leverkusen to be superior but in the end this can be a good lesson where sometimes even though expectations are great, in the end unexpected things where other clubs start to bite in every season always exist. Last season they almost failed to win after Dortmund played well although in the end there was a situation where the final match made Dortmund lose their dreams and this season Bayern who had to be willing to cry because Xabi came with not too favored but was able to get very good results.

Bayern Munich previously was refused by several famous managers and the latest is Ralf Rangnick and i thought this transfer will be happened but unfortunately Ralf Rangnick has decide to stayed with Austria National Team and Hansi Flick name was appears recently as the strong candidate to became an the next manager of Bayern Munich and it says his agent and the representative from Bayern Munich still under negotiation to talking about this transfer and previously Hansi Flick was train Bayern Munich from 2019-2021 and at this team he can gets total 7 trophies including Bundesliga title 2 times in a row

If this rumour is true maybe Hansi Flick is the right manager for Bayern Munich but he has hard jobs in this team because he should be able to bringing Bayern Munich to performing well again and gets Bundesliga trophy but for next season i think it won't be easy for them because Bayern Munich will have strong contender Leverkusen who still unbeated until now and do not forget too about other teams just like Dortmund and Stuttgart i think they will buy more players and attempts to strengthen their squad

Alonso has very much been impressive in his performances for Leverkusen. He's been watched and observed and in all his games, he's proven to present an outstanding and formidable team. He's just new in the business but yet still has set up a formidable team. I really won't be surprised if he's beckoned up on by bigger clubs to show his abilities.

 Although being considered as a replacement to the Bayern Munich squad and him declaring his unreadiness to leave Leverkusen, Munich were left with no option than to quest for Ragnick. Well I'll say maybe he's going to be different from Tuchel but it's really hard to tell where the fault of Munich team came from. We only have to put our courage on Ragnick to make a difference.
 
Another option is Flick based on records that he's been seen to be the most appropriate. So maybe Ragnick or him would work but which ever way the German side needs to be out of whatsoever mess they're in soon or else it'll cost them so dearly and they really wouldn't want to be in that situation.

The results from this game tonight happens to be one of my biggest shock in the bundesliga this evening, I actually didn't put much of my mind to expecting much feom this game because I considered the fact that Dortmund is actually preparing to participate in the champions league so they will have a. Wey tight and busy schedule so I wasn't expecting them to give their best in this game but what I wasn't expecting more was this kind of losses.

Dortmund might have not been in their best form this season but I know for sure they have not been that worse either and they will not be giving the chances to Mainz to just win them with such a good and broad margin which could actually mean them not been able to get a come back almost immediately, obviously Mainz left no stone unturned in this game, it felt like this was all they needed to exit relegation and they did played it as such and now they are a bit away from relegation but they still have other serious games to play to get them staying even more safer away from been relegated.

But then the losses didn't have much effect on Dortmund in their domestic league (bundesliga) so I think they wouldn't be seeing much challenge off it so they are definitely going to be able to maintain their position on the table a d get to qualify for another champions league even if they eventually get to loose this one so for them it wasn't a big deal but the goal difference was much especially as they couldn't get a goal I'm response.

The top scorer Guirassy (26 goals) is quite likely to leave the team this summer. I'm saying it because of his release clause especially. It is only 17.5 million euros. It is really like a joke right?    I think he would be signed by one of bigger European teams. Stuttgart are joining the Champions League but it wouldn't be easy to convince him to stay in case of getting an offer from an attracting team.

Before the dominance of Bayern, they have won Bundesliga title, but then they have often been finishing the league as a midtable team.

They need to stop selling their best players if they want to stay competing at the highest level of football. Playing in Champions League next season will require them to keep their important players and sign some good players to strengthen their squad depth, if they don't want their form falling off again. It's a chance for them to stay being a powerhouse in Bundesliga by competing the title every season.

But was it that much of a surprise when you give it a second thought? Terzic kept some of his best players on the bench and none of the other players would risk an injury, while Mainz played one of the most important games this season. That doesn't mean when a season is literally over that top teams should start losing or play subpar, but it is quite understandable when you look at the specific situations both teams are in.

The three quick goals pulled the plug pretty quickly though. There was no coming back for Dortmund and Mainz knew that if they concentrate on their defense, they got the 3 points they need. This game was worth a bet in my eyes, but I didn't place one.

Unexpecting result from Dortmund. I don't know how this happened to this team but we can't forget that Dortmund is a team they are going to play against Real Madrid in the Champions League and this match is gonna be definitely much harder than the game they had against Mainz.
Dortmund losing this match was the last thing I could even predict to see. However, we can't forget that Dortmund used mostly the younger and inexperienced players in this match to save some potential.
