Even I remember when Harry Kane joined Bayern Munich some of the Bayern Munich fans were saying they wouldn't be able to win any title during this season because they had Kane in this team. Atlanta really prepared for Leverkusen in that match, they didn't come to play possession football in the game, but business football and with a discipline never to lose or misuse a scoring chance. Leverkusen clearly dominated the midfield, but all their efforts were rendered futile by the ever gallant Atlanta defense.

Vincent Kompany will become the new Bayern Munich coach, according to reports.

The former Belgium international who recently managed now-relegated Premier League side, Burnley, will take charge at the Bundesliga side as replacement for Thomas Tuchel who parted ways with the club at the end of 2023/24 season.

As per football journalist, Fabrizio Romano, agreement has been reached between Bayern and Burnley for a compensation of 12 million euros and the contract has already been sealed.

The deal is for a period of three years.

Do you guys think that they will be able to replicate that results or success that they have brought in this season has definitely been like a fairytale for them. They have been able to make history. Maybe it is not going to be that easy in the next season. We all know that Bayern Munich had been performing a little inconsistently in these last few seasons. they did not get punished until this season. I am actually very glad that there was a new champion in the Bundesliga. if this did not happen, Bayern Munich was going to keep performing inconsistently and still wouldn't have gotten punished for it. Vincent Kompany to become new Bayern Munich coach – Report


Vincent Kompany will become the new Bayern Munich coach, according to reports.

The former Belgium international who recently managed now-relegated Premier League side, Burnley, will take charge at the Bundesliga side as replacement for Thomas Tuchel who parted ways with the club at the end of 2023/24 season.

As per football journalist, Fabrizio Romano, agreement has been reached between Bayern and Burnley for a compensation of 12 million euros and the contract has already been sealed.

The deal is for a period of three years.

Kompany led Burnley to the Championship summit two seasons ago, earning them a spot in the Premier League. But a failure to challenge in the top flight saw the club finish rock bottom and an immediate return to Championship football next season, alongside Luton Town and Sheffield United.

I don't know whether to be happy or sad or maybe disappointed because Vincent Kompany also failed in the Premier League. To be fair that did not ended up being all that important. I am not saying that Kane did not help, but even with all that scoring, they still lost the league for the first time in over a decade and that means something. Is it because of Kane?

Of course not, he did not made them lose, he even helped them win so many games with his extra scoring ability, they lacked that last season and they really needed a striker and I still think that they overpaid for him but he did showed the world that he means business and did alright. And yet, they won the league last year (barely) and lost it this year. So, we need to realize that there is something else that went bad and as long as Bayern doesn't find that, they are not going to benefit.

It's obvious that they blame Tuchel for this since they decided to replace him. But what’s surprising is that they agreed to keep him in the team and even negotiated with him about it, but they couldn’t come to an agreement because Tuchel demanded a longer contract, but they signed a contract with Kompany for three years, which also looks too confident on their part , for such a young coach without much experience. This decision seems hasty to me for now, but we’ll see how it ends in a season.
