About Union Berlin new manager Bo Svensson i was wondering why Union Berlin owner has been choose him to handle this team because before train Union Berlin if i am not mistaken he was Mainz manager and Bo Svensson train this team for 2 years but this season Mainz performance is very poor under him and at the beginning of this season Mainz was through an 10 matches in all competitions without the winning results and this makes Mainz have to sack him and with his track record i highly doubt Bo Svensson can able to makes Union Berlin to performing well again

I think this is the right step taken by Union Berlin considering that this season alone Nenad Bjelica almost brought Union Berlin relegated and the same mistake should not be repeated with the same coach. This is a form of defense from Union Berlin by bringing in a new coach so that next season they will be able to perform better again.

Bo Svensson has experience that can be said to be not good enough and I hope he can be the answer to the solution to Union Berlin's poor performance this season. Leverkusen were a mediocre team.   Last season we did not see a better performance than Leverkusen.   The team was at the sixth place in the points table. What they achieved this season is more than enough to make them the status of a champion team with extraordinary performances this season. I also agree that their failure in the Europa League does not reduce the impressive performance they were able to show. There will definitely be disappointment, but that should have been overcome by their success in the domestic league.

I always count Xabi Alonso among the best players and also among the best coaches in the world, he has broken a record in Bundesliga and I don’t think no one can do that, but there are still people who will still call him a bad coach if he goes to another team have a bad season, we the fans sometimes we don’t know how it is for a coach to be having a good season, Alonso have made Bayer Leverkusen a strong team when the team is not in a good shape, he advice the team to buy a players that he needs and achieve what he wants by the team support, Alonso can go to any team and make the team performance look good if the team buy the players he ask the team to buy because a team needs a players that a coach can control.

Replacing the coach with someone who also has a coaching career is not very good like the continued chaos that Union Berlin has caused, so there is not much hope for this team other than just trying to stay in this competition, but that could be why they are not looking for a better coach due to limited funds, a better coach certainly has to prepare a bigger salary.
