Xabi has been able to lift Leverkusen this far and is this good, what they have to do is improve him, no matter how. With the combination of Xabi and the whole team, of course this will really make Xabi and the whole team even more solid, that's how it should be. It is true that Vincent Kompany failed in the Premier League by bringing Burnley back to the Championchip, but this is not solely because of Vincent Kompany, if you look at Burnley's depth they are not worthy of competing with EPL teams because their Premier League team has many great players. Vincent Kompany doesn't can develop Burnley well.

I've been saying the same thing that them sending Tuchel away and then hiring a new coach wasn't a good thing, I have nothing against Vincent Kompany, he's a good coach so far he's shown himself to be a good coach in the second division from England, because in the English First Division, he did very badly and this story that if he had the funds he could have had a good squad and with that he could have done well in the Premier League I think is a great illusion. we can see that FC Burnley's market value of €244.10m is not far behind some other premier league teams, which means that at least Burnley could have been able to compete with some teams in this premier league season and They wouldn't have been relegated if the coach had experience with the premier league. I don't know what Bayern's management has in mind, Burnley in the premier league played 38 games and only won 5 games. I don't expect Bayern to win the Bundesliga next season

I think age is not an obstacle for someone to coach, although indeed the experience possessed by Kompany is very little but I think there is something special about Kompany that did make Bayern Munich interested in signing him, Kompany managed to bring Burnley promotion to the Premier League in the previous season and of course it indicates if he does have the ability that might be an attraction for Munich to sign him even though this season Kompany Unable to prevent Burnley from being relegated , looking at Burnley game this season, in fact, their game is quite good and sometimes often makes their opponents difficult to win, but indeed the low quality of players possessed by Burnley certainly makes Kompany and Burnley unable to do much to win every game they have this season.

After Vincent Kompany was announced as Bayern Munich boss, I found it very difficult to believe the reality that the former Belgium international was what a big club like Bayern Munich will opt for now that they need a manager that'll help the club return back to their winning ways again.
