Tuchel looks like a good option for Bayern Munich.  While I didn't think it was right to send Nagelsmann off the team, Tuchel was one of the best options available.  Let's see how successful Bayern Munich can be at the beginning.  He also left negative memories in Chelsea, where he last directed.  I hope this doesn't happen with Bayern.

Julina Nagelsmann was also good coach, but his tactics were not working in last few weeks so Bayern Munich board take this decision very quickly which is surely going to have impact on this team now it's going into positive or negative for the better result we have to wait for the results in next few days.

Thomas Tuchel is a great football manager who I know would want to repay Bayern Munich's heirarchy decision to sack their manager that wasn't doing too bad and hire him. His style of football adaptable to any team and with the quality squad that Bayern Munich posses, he will want to make history with them.

The two weeks international break even gives him a better advantage to carefully look into the teams remaining fixtures of the season and profer the best style of football that'll help them in winning not just the German Bundesliga but also the UEFA Champions League. His biggest test of his managerial position in Allianz Arena will be in the quarter final tie against Manchester City. He faced Pep Guardiola in the UEFA Champions League final in 2021 and he won and I'm tipping him to eliminate the Citizens again

Thomas Tuchel is a fantastic coach, and I have a lot of faith in him. Although I can't really predict that he will triumph over Dortmund because it will be his first game for Bayern Munich and he will be up against another tough opponent the following game, but I do think that Tuchel will make every effort to win the game because no newly appointed coach wants to lose his debut. And if we were to look at Bayern Munich's past results against Dortmund, I'd think Bayern Munich will triumph by also taking use of its home-field advantages.

Tuchel has always done well as a coach and of course I know he will still perform well as a coach in bayern Munich,  but I can't predict if he will be active immediately as a coach or it will take him sometime. I think right now bayern Munich are unpredictable  of winning any competition.

It was really awkward to see Bayern Munich terminating Nagelsmann's contract so early. He couldn't even finish his second season. I was also expecting to see him for at least three seasons here. Because things weren't going on very badly. I mean yeah maybe they haven't been doing the exact thing they imagined for the Bundesliga title. But they were still the biggest title contender. Besides they have been dominating league for like ten years or so. Isn't it too harsh to accuse Nagelsmann this easy?

Since he was coaching bayern and bayern has 100% win rate in UC. that means he was also very good at coaching bayern. The problem is that even though naglesmann has good results in UCL but bayern is not feeling satisfied with it. Tuchel, to some extent, is Nagelsman, only more experienced. They are both obsessed (in a good way) with tactical decisions and I don't think that this change in coach will change the Bayern game model much. I also hope that they can knock out City (the last club I hate from all the rest), but still I think about this option: imagine that Bayern lose Dortmund (automatically lose the championship) and lose City? With this result, the management of Bavaria will have to take all the blame.

Talking about Bayrrn style of play, It is not going to be different. the only thing I will commend is the individual improvement which in hand will promote the team's performance.
The players will want to show their best to the new coach so as to have first team shirts in his square. Tuchel is a German coach,  he is a good coach and I'm sure bayern Munich's management have seen what they need in him else they wouldn't go for him.

Tuchel wouldn't be better in any way. Tuchel takes over a team that hasn't lost a single title yet, eliminated PSG in the Champions League and is playing at home in the DBF Pokal in the quarterfinal. Tuchel is lucky.

And you say that Nagelsmann should accept the decision gracefully, ha?? Why should he be graceful? I don't get that. He must accept the decision, but nobody cares in which way he does, he just has to. No further questions asked.

The disappointment is huge and I understand that. Tuchel himself admitted that he can't really change anything now about the team's play.

I agree with Pulsar77 about the timing. Mid-season isn't the best time to switch the management and players will require some time to get used to the new coach strategy. What might be good, is the international break. The advantage of having a week before the next game rather than 1-2 days is important. There is also 2 weeks to prepare the team before facing City in Champions League.
Otherwise, Bayern players are professionals and I assume they will get used on him fast.

Guys, I actually want to know your opinion on this. Do you think that Bayern Munich will be able to win the league title? And if Bayern Munich actually ends up winning the Bundesliga title, is it going to be easy?

I cannot decide this by myself. We have seen Bayern Munich perform really well before even though they had not been in the best of situations. They have come back even after having point disadvantages. That might happen again. But at the same time, this actually might be the first time in 11 years that anyone else will be able to win the Bundesliga title.
