Dortmund almost missing from Bundesliga tittle race after held draw by Schalke 2-2 last match, right now behind 2 points left on current standing with 24 games played. Up coming two games later both team will face and seems the winner depend on the classic match if Dortmund failed again seems they will give Bundesliga keep dominance by Bayern Munich for eleven years.

Beside have few matches left if Dortmund losing points with mediocre I don't sure have chance how to stop Bayern Munich always winning Bundesliga tittle on every season.

Dortmund couldn't do much in this match because Schalke played quite defensively, even though in the first half Dortmund took the lead through Nico Schlotterbeck's goal, while in the second half Schalke managed to equalize and in the end managed to score 2 goals each. Dortmund still have a chance to challenge Bayern Munich in the title race, but will need to play more consistently in their next matches.

Facing FC Koln at home in the next game, Dortmund must get full points, because if you draw or lose again, it will open up opportunities for Bayern Munich to widen their points, so there is no other choice but to get a win.

I am so disappointed from Dortmund that they not has won against Schalke again with all that chances they got.
Was not expecting that Schalke would be making a draw in Dortmund , and i guess that points maybe can break Dortmund the neck at the end of the season.
Its just only 2 points to Bayern Munich but every point at the end is counting.

We have seen the performance of Dortmund in the previous matches. They played well. Even against big teams, they win only because of excellent match strategy. But their performance in this match was poor. They dominated the match, attacking a lot. But did not keep their defense strong. In the past matches we have seen Dortmund attack less but their overall gameplay has been stable. But even though Dortmund attacked a lot in this match, their gameplay was not stable.

In attack Dortmund played very well, but in defense they again make mistakes. I will say that Schalke were also good in this match, they were very active and it was obvious that they wanted to level the score with all their might, in the end they succeeded.

Schalke have fallen too low in the table, they need to get out of there, and they have the potential to do so. Bayern are back in the lead, while Union Berlin, which until recently pushed Bayern out of first place, is already 7 points behind Bayern.

Dortmund may have forgotten that even though Schalke are in the relegation zone, their recent performances have been very good. I haven't seen this team lose a match in a long time. Schalke had won both of their previous matches against Dortmund. So Dortmund should have performed more carefully against this team. But they did not perform carefully. This is why they conceded two goals. I hope Dortmund will not make such a mistake in the upcoming matches.

It was quite a surprise for me to see Dortmund losing points against Schalke. This can be a derby game but we just can't overlook the huge difference between these teams on paper. I lost my bet in this match, because I believed in Borussia Dortmund and bet on them, I was happy when they took the lead and in the 60th minute they took the lead for the second time. However, Schalke destroyed hopes after they scored a goal in the 79th minute. Once again, Borussia Dortmund had to fall behind Bayern Munich by 2 points, even though, in a match that ended in a draw, they had a great chance of winning.

I think the Dortmund players were still frustrated when they were eliminated from the Champions League by Chelsea so that the Dortmund players seemed to experience a slight decline in mentality which made the match against Schalke not go as expected. lucky for them not to lose from this match but a draw makes the point difference to 2 with bayern munich.

Dormtund can be considered as an on-fire team in bundesliga right now.

Dortmund was not able to use all of advantages over schalke, Schalke was making fewer shots on target but it has more accuracy compared with dortmund. It seems like its performance of dortmund is going down a little bit after defeated by chelsea.

The draw was shocking as much as it wasn't shocking in the end as well. We are talking about a team that has been doing so well lately.
