I think you are definitely right, that Bayern Munich should not be happy with the last season even though they managed to win the Bundesliga trophy literally in the last minutes of the season. I also think though that the officials and also the players of Bayern Munich are very much aware of the fact that they have played a very bad Bundesliga season and that things needs to change and to improve for the coming season.
Almost every player that i saw in an interview after the last Bundesliga season has said things like that.

I still think that Sommer may leave, there are talks about him leaving and that makes sense a lot to me, I know that it is going to be a bit of a tough deal but at the end of the day it still can happen.
