Club leaders and Dortmund squad administrators must start to think clearly by putting aside business and prioritizing achievements that have long been lost to them.
But if the leaders decision is only to prioritize business and think about financial profits that means they are no longer able to develop and deserve to win any title it doesn't rule out the possibility that Dortmund will have a bad view in the eyes of all football fans especially Dortmund fans.

That's something that's been going on over the years and I think they're very comfortable business achievements than winning trophies if not they would have stopped it seasons ago, anyways they're good at what they do because they've been very successful in it and have benefitted financially from their youngster over time.
 If i were a Dortmund fan I won't really be happy with my club knowing fully well that the club administration is the reason why the club is having less trophies, as a fan theirs much joy to see your club winning trophies and for a club like Dortmund they're supposed to be very consistent in winning the Bundesliga title but keep selling their youngster and giving Bayern Munich more chance to create new records every year, I won't be suprised if they lose Karim Adeyemi or Nmecha by summer.

Lately, I have seen a lot of people judging Dortmund from its bad side at the moment and always saying that Borussia Dortmund is just a club in the business of printing great players and selling them without thinking about any trophies or titles and when we say that we forget something important, namely that from all the bad times At least Dortmund won the Champions League title and trophy in the 1996 season and that was when this club achieved success so we shouldn't judge this club too badly.
We all will never know what they are planning but what is certain is that Dortmund always sells its talented players, it definitely has a goal that we cannot know now and my hope is that even though I am not a Dortmund fan, I hope that this club will soon rise and appear like before when the club was filled with players quality.

Any team has a way to earn money, some teams have expensive owners who just invest there to buy better players and some teams don't have these rich owners, If you don't have rich owners to price the investment you need, then you will need to have a proper business plan to earn money. Dortmund is the second team in Germany and they had a good performance in the last season even after selling the palyer they had before.
Copring to a team like Bayern Munich, they did;t have bad performance even if they were selling the players the grown.

I think we all can agree that a striker was not the only problem for Bayern Munich. But striker was definitely a big problem for Bayern Minnich. And now the problem has been fixed. maybe last season I could say it was more consistent but this season I do not see consistency in the Dortmund team. that not mean its all because of poor performance at the moment, but seeing that without reliable players,  teams performance is a little unbalanced, so I would say that the consistency of Dortmund players is a little less consistent.
