Neuer is getting recovered and I think he is going to play for his team soon but I don't think if we can expect to see a good performance from Neuer when he returns.

Although Bayern Munich are not a financially weak club, they have completed a large contract this season which may be the reason why the team is not considering any new deals this season. 

It cost them around 120 million plus euros to sign Harry Kane after spending that much on one player in one season no club wants to spend money on another player. 

Neuer is one of Bayern Munich's most experienced and skilled goalkeepers but he was out of the training camp for quite some time due to illness, he has recovered and is likely to join Bayern Munich's training camp very soon.
