I also expected Leverkusen to win against Dortmund. Leverkusen performed well in this match as well. But they had bad luck so they failed to win. Throughout the match, we saw the dominance of Leverkusen's players. Dortmund only tightened their defense after scoring in just 5 minutes. I think that even if Xabi Alonso leaves Leverkusen, it is likely that he will go to Real Madrid, especially since Real Madrid have long been targeting him as a replacement for Ancelotti, whose contract expires next season. Moreover, Xabi Alonso is a former Real Madrid player so he already knows Real Madrid's culture very well. They even become the candidate of the champion this season, they are leading Bundesliga table so far.
