Munich didn't do well in their game yesterday against Frankfurt. It was an utterly poor performance. They're a better team to Frankfurt but still they had to incur such embarrassing loss yesterday. There is no doubt that the squad built by Xabi Alonso has a very big winning mentality because there are already 3 equally strong teams that they have managed to hold to a draw and the latest is Stuttgart. It certainly wasn't easy with this team's tight pressure and even though they often conceded first, they always ended the match without regrets.

A draw is not a bad result, especially against competitors in the title race and I think Leverkusen are very good and just need to find more points against a team they should be able to beat easily. As long as Leverkusen can maintain its top position, it is clear that Bayern Munich will not be able to catch it this season.

But this is again what we have seen in many of the seasons when Bayern Munich won the title. Bayern loses a game and at the same time their strongest competitors struggle as well. This keeps the advantage at a minimum for Leverkusen and they could have four more points out of those last two games, which I think is again only helping Bayern. It could look much worse for Bayern, but the timing of those other teams to struggle as well is remarkably stupid.

Leverkussen was again not convincing in the game of tonight too.They barely managed to draw against Stuttgart and that says a lot about them,comparing to Bayern Munchen they got 1 point yet they need to step up their game a lot if they are serious about the title fight.In fact if they get to play like this it would be an unfortunate event for the Bundesliga as they are the only contender that can match Bayern Munchen performance this year,all other teams leave a lot to be desired and if Leverkussen gets out of Bayern way it will become a very boring Bundesliga this season.

The only thing remaining to see if Bayern underestimated the game against Frankfurt to win the game of Manchester United in the Champions League.

Bayer Leverkusen is still playing well, because the proof is that Bayer Leverkusen is still strong at the top of the Bundesliga standings currently without defeat. Even though ya, sometimes Bayer Leverkusen experienced difficult performances, such as against Dortmund and Stuttgart, because Bayer Leverkusen fell behind first with a score of 1-0. But still, Bayer Leverkusen managed end the match without lose, and its still good result of course. That way, Bayer Leverkusen still has a chance to maintain its top position this season, and there is nothing boring about result like this. Also about Bayern Munich, they were basically surprised by Frankfurt because maybe they underestimated them too much. But I sure that Bayern Munich defeat was not to prepare for the match against Manchester United because after all, even though Bayern Munich was defeated by Manchester United but ya, Bayern Munich was still the group winner there.

Stuttgart has been on of the most consistent teams in the German Bundesliga since the start of the season and playing against them in their home is one thing most of the clubs in the German Bundesliga wouldn't wish for but Bayer Leverkusen was able to go Stuttgart's home and pick a point from the game.
After Bayern Munich were convincingly beaten by Frankfurt yesterday, I was of the opinion that Bayer Leverkusen will win their own game today against Stuttgart to extend their lead at the table but instead of losing out, the got a draw in that game which I don't think is a bad result.
