It's a shame that last week Leipzig failed to win after only drawing against Hoffehenheim with the same score of 1-1. In fact, Leipzig had taken a quick lead since the first half but something undesirable happened where in the 90th minute Hoffehenheim managed to equalize and end Leipzig's victory in sight.

Even though Leipzig was quite dominant and they should have been able to increase their lead with that much time, it seems that it didn't go smoothly so they had to be satisfied with the result of this draw. However, Leipzig doesn't need to be confused considering that they are certain to qualify for the Champions League next season. They are certainly happy with the points advantage they have so they don't need to bother anymore.

The victory that was in sight had to be lost because in the last minute Hoffenheim was able to equalize and at the same time make the match end in a draw. It wasn't easy for them to maintain their lead because they had to play with 10 people after one of their players had to receive a red card from the referee in the 72nd minute. After they played with 10 people, Hoffenheim was able to create a gap and then it happened in the 72nd minute. 90 with success they scored a goal to equalize.

Actually, I think they will be able to maintain the score and win this match if they still play with 11 players. It's just that expectations don't always match reality where they have to play with 10 people in the last 20 minutes of the match. This means their winning streak has to stop, and at the same time they have to be closer to Borussia Dortmund in the current standings because they are now only 3 points away.

By far the most exciting team in Europe was Bayer Leverkusen so far. Too bad they are "only" playing in the Europa League. It would have been very interesting to see them play against Real Madrid in a final, but we probably have to wait until next year

This season for sure Leverkusen is the most unexpected best team , and i guess they will be get into the final of Europa League.
Maybe we will see next season something again and they have the strength for the Champions League.

Bayern plays well in the CL and then weak in the Bundesliga and nobody can explain how that is possible. But I am sure Bayern will deliver again very soon. They can be active on the transfer market and spend a lot of money.

Dont know if Bayern Munich has again much money for the neyt season , depends on what players maybe will be leave the Club.

Tomorrow i think that Stuttgart should be have no problem to win against Augsburg even Augsburg is very good at home.

Koln probably does not have much chance of avoiding the relegation this season. And as you said, the Bundesliga 2 is also full of strong teams. So it is going to be hard for whichever team that gets relegated to actually get the promotion again.

Mainz does still have a chance though. The problem is they are going to play against Dortmund and Wolfsburg in the next two matches that are left for them in this season. And on the other hand, the team that they are actually trying to get ahead of, union Berlin, is going to play against Koln and Freiburg in the next two matches. So it does look like Mainz is going to find it hard to avoid relegation even though they are only one point behind Union Berlin

That is likely to happen in Koln and Darmstadt they can not recover anymore while Mainz still has a chance to take the spot again in the Bundesliga 1st division, and not only this season we will have a new champion and because Bayern Munich right now can not do a thing about it as the points difference was enormous for the Leverkusen it was 84 to Bayern Munich's 69 it was really a shame for the defending champion but this season we got a new champion in the Bundesliga.

Well, Bayern Munich was targeting to be the champion of the Champions League competition. But now they have been locked out from the competition by Real Madrid.  And now they have to settle for what they can get. They will probably finish on the second position of the Bundesliga. I hope they will be able to improve in the next season by getting a new coach. And I hope the coach is going to be an improvement and will be able to bring in better results compared to what they have right now.

Maybe, after all, the Harry Kane curse is actually real. I mean I think we can say that because he went to a club that has not been losing for 11 years. And now suddenly they have not been able to win a single trophy.

To be honest, I am very happy to see another team winning the Bundesliga this year and not Bayern Munic. When we have competitions between teams like this makes the league more interesting and competitive to follow up. This is what is happening in the premier league and that is why it is the most watched and followed league in Europe today. Their teams always have more stronger teams when compared to other teams in the European competitions when they meet. Now that we have seen a team that can dethrone Bayern Munich from its position, maybe Ligue 1 teams can come up and do something similar to that soon.

That is the leading reason why they cannot have the same results next year as this season. And the Champions League is not an easy playground like the domestic tournament. This is where legendary coaches and today's top-class players gather. Coach Alonso and his students are just grains of sand compared to the current big teams. Leverkusen needs to always move forward and improve to make the team even better.

I know that they are going to get a lot of their players end up being bought by other teams, but between winning the bundesliga and being in the UCL as well they are going to have a lot of money anyway, and put all the transfer income they will have with all those players, they are going to have huge amount of money.

What I would highly suggest would be just getting players who will play, and no you didn't read that wrong, I am not saying "good" or great players, that is something you look afterwards, of course it is better to get good players, but they can't afford to have some Eden Hazard situation, they do not need great players at first, they need players who will actually play, and after they are sure the players they are looking into are capable of playing, then they need to look which of them are actually good. Because I am sure that with this much income, they may end up spending on wrong players and suddenly be terrible in a few years again.

Without any debate or doubt this is one of the most important talk which needs to be talked about the future of Bayer Leverkusen because they are going to have dream end of this season, and now it's time for them to increase their sources and try to keep things at same level which allow them to have their best in coming seasons as well because we are having history of mess-up which create problems for the teams and after winning they fail to keep this momentum which hurt them badly.

If Xabi Alonso really wants to increase the depth of his squad by adding several quality players, then I am sure the condition of this team will never be the same as this season. I read that they are willing to spend over 100 million for a player and in this case the talk was about Wirtz. As a midfielder with 22 scorer points and 20 years old, it is risky I think. But competition will be there in the transfer market and Bayern might have no other chance but to pay that much. I was sceptic about the Bellingham transfer as it was more than 100 million I think, but looking back it did pay off for Real Madrid. On the one hand you want such a player when they are that good and that young, on the other hand there is some financial downside risk. But I am surprised that some Bayern official talks about it publicly because now he himself set a price tag.
