According to these news, I think Bayern Munich still consider him to stay. However, Bayern Munich doesn't want to increase his salary due to his performance in the last season. Bayern Munich assume he needs to improve his performance if he wants to get an increase of the salary. If Leroy Sane wants to get a lower salary, Leroy Sane can stay in Bayern Munich. This is the reason why Leroy Sane still doesn't sign a new contract, he doesn't want to get a lower salary. If Leroy Sane doesn't want to accept a new agreement, he only has an option, he will move to a new club. Sure, Bayern Munich must try to sell him before his contract expires. He must be sold before the new season begins.

I want to see how quickly he'll get his first eleven players especially before the new season kicks off. So much expected from him or should I say non expected? He already has a sqaud of great players all around him, we don't want to hear him bring up excuses, infact almost thee first team players of Bayern Munich must have returned back to the club for pre-season already. When a coach is doubted a lot because of his experience, it doesn't mean they can't be given a chance, because doubts about the coach are based on predictions and speculation looking from several points of view, not looking at the performance we see from the team he is managing. If we have seen what they can show, then it is no longer a doubt or prediction but we are criticizing the coach's performance.

I would say Roma and Bayern Munich clubs should not be measured on the same scale. Bayern Munich is a team that wants to dominate the Bundesliga, and more importantly the Champions League title. I think he should stay at Bayern Munich and improve his performances to a more consistent level. If I were him, I would try to stay at Bayern Munich. Because Bayern Munich are one of the best clubs not only in Germany but also in Europe and the world.

I'm not sure, but I'm still one of those who think Kompany should be given a chance. After all, his football career was great. He must have learned a lot of tactics. He also has financial power. I'm sure there are players he likes. Even though it is not the right name for Bayern Munich, I want to believe that it is one of the names that could be right.  Will he dominate next year? It's very difficult. Xavi and Leverkusen, Nuri and Dortmund will be the two teams that will challenge them the most.

Of course kompany have been given thw needed chance and it's now left with him to get to performing well as he should, he's got a fair history up on which he would want to consolidate with some improvement, all the challenges he will be facing encountering other big teams that are tough, are still part of the job and what's expected of him and so I just believe he's going to try his best knowing the attention that's upon him as they know that he's looking like he in a trial since it's his first time of been in charge of such a big team. I believe company will be better.

The reasons why some people doubt Vincent Kompany is simple and that's because he's never managed a big team in Europe and because he couldn't help Burnley avoid relegation in his first season managing in a top flight league but I think the former Belgium international have a good chance of proving silencing his doubters. Vincent Kompany though couldn't do all of that but considering his experience as a former world class player and one that played under a manager like Pep Guardiola, I believe he'll succeed at Bayern Munich. Just few days ago he had his first training section with his players and will soon commence their preseason games. Looking at how positive he appears to be, I think he has something in stock for good lovers of football and can't wait to unveil to us what he's made of.

I'm sure Kompany is working hard for Bayern right now and is thinking about how he can build the team in the best possible way. If we are talking about this, I am sure he is aware that he needs to be better to think about his future and clarify some things. That's why Bayern wants a good future with Kompany and I hope he achieves his goal. If Kompany is a coach who can do this, he will be someone who can coach in the football world for many years.

Kompany will do everything that every coach will do their best to bring out the best in their clubs and in their players but the club will come before every other thing.
