We haven't watched him wearing Dortmund jersey yet so I'm excited for his recovery. Adeyemi and Beier have played in his position so far. None of them was impressive honestly. Guirassy is probably the one tool that Dortmund was lacking in the first two games. They need someone who is deadly in the box and who can create chances for himself due to his strong ball control. He fits perfectly into the Dortmund game. But it will be interesting to see whether he can instantly continue where he stopped when he left Stuttgart. Sometimes changing the club comes with a lot of issues for players. Guirassy is a top striker though and I expect him to not need a lot of time to get used to the new mechanics and the high speed football that Dortmund intends to play is what he likes. He will certainly improve the quality of the team.

I think the game is going according to your plan because Borussia Dortmund has already scored two goals in just 17 minutes of play and more goals are expected either before the first half ends or during the second half. They have shown impressive performance in the first half and are leading by 3:1 at half time. Karim Adeyemi is obviously the man of the moment, having scored twice to give Dortmund the home of taking three points in the match. I was thinking that the champions league match with Club Brugge will deter Dortmund from playing their best tonight but seems their new coach Nuri Sahim places equal importance in both competitions hence the reason he is playing his best. Actually, Dortmund does not have a culture of reserving players irrespective of their schedule, maybe that is what the coach is maintaining.
