Before the start of this season, I was expecting Dortmund to be one of the toughest teams in the Bundesliga this season, but after the season gets started, I see changes; their performance is not as expected, although they sold some of their key players, and that is why they won’t be among the tough teams like Bayern Munich, Beyer, Leverkusen, Leipzig, and other teams that are doing well and seem to race for the title this season.

FC Heidenheim are at the top of the table currently, which is one of the reasons why Dortmund will find it difficult to win them; furthermore, Dortmund are not that strong because they sold their best players during the transfer windows, so I’m expecting this match to be won by FC Heidenheim or drawn, but I believe Dortmund will find it difficult to win. 

Dortmund performance in this season not really quit well after winning one match and get draw on another match, started well the opening match against Frankfurt but Dortmund have being draw against Wolfsburg on second match. Dortmund will face Heidenheim on this week and its difficult match because the opponent team success leading the first standings awhile after two consecutives winning and success keep clean sheet without conceded goals yet.

Guirassy is probably the one tool that Dortmund was lacking in the first two games. They need someone who is deadly in the box and who can create chances for himself due to his strong ball control. Sometimes changing the club comes with a lot of issues for players. Guirassy is a superb signing for only 18 million euros like I said before. He has been suffering a knee injury but he is likely to recover in a couple of days. We haven't watched him wearing Dortmund jersey yet so I'm excited for his recovery. Adeyemi and Beier have played in his position so far. None of them was impressive honestly. They really need Guirassy there immediately to get more productive.

With his experience he can contribute so much to Dortmund. You know he scored 28 goals last season. It was his career-high scoring effort by far.    I can't wait to see him doing it more.

But I am very worried about Guirassy's future because it seems that the knee injury will still have a chance to happen again in the future because I think knee injuries are fatal injuries that are likely to be difficult to recover completely. This has to be one of the cheapest transfer so far over the window recently, I don't think I have seen such "cheap transfer" in recent times. Guirassy is a good player and as the highest goal scorer in his team that amount feels too poor but he's destination isn't a bad one and again just like always, Dortmund gets these players cheap only to later sell them off and make good money off them after the proper grooming which they will be getting, most likely he going to be the next of the best in line that Dortmund will be producing and obviously he's wearing the number of some best Dortmund has produced in recent times.

It's a cheap transfer that works in Dortmund's favor because with Guirassy's stats from last season with Stuttgart, bringing in this player for under 20 million is certainly a stroke of luck for Dortmund.
