I just feel different teams can be handled different way by each coach. You may have the best coach but without the best players most suitable for the task, he’ll fail woefully and I think that is the case of Kompany at Burnley. Bayern Munich knew what they saw in him that they quickly gave him an offer, a long term contract because of how good of a coach he’ll be for the team when he’s signed. Yea, you are very much correct on larger part of what you actually said, but I don't agree to when you said that they lost the league because of the change of manager, no, though the changes actually affected their performance negatively, but even though Nagelsman was not sacked, I don't think they would have been able to wrestle the title away from the hands of Bayer Leverkusen, because last year, Bayer Leverkusen was just too hot, and their consistency was what I am quite sure that Bayern Munich would not have been able to match, even though Nagelsman was still their coach.

But as for this season, I think they are pretty good, and by the look of things, they can now compete as the Bayern Munich of old we all know.

Leverkusen is not playing close to its performance last year. They suffered their first defeat against Leipzig. In the Bayern match, they will be playing away and their form has dropped. Tuchel did a great job when he was managing Bayern Munich and exactly he added more experience than Kompany, Kompany is just starting and he has not gone far like that so there is a lot for them to consider before comparing the both of them, in football, you can not always have it your way and the moment you notice that thing are going the other way round then you should quite so that you don't spoil the record that you have already built beautifully, .just imagine that pep now after setting a good record for Manchester City and end up bring back the club in term of performance, how do you think people will feel and even pep I think that he might want to just retire after Manchester which will be good for him.
