Bayern Leverkusen Vs FC Cologne in the DFB cup quarter final. The away team too a two goal lead against Leverkusen, one in the first half and the other in the second, it took Schick 61 minutes to score Leverkusen's first goal of the night. At the dead of added time, in the 90+6 minutes,  Schick struck again to restore parity and prevent Cologne from winning. Lets see if the away team will respond by scoring to make it 3 - 3 before the end of 120 minutes. I still maintain that cup games are too dicey.

It was unexpected that the team that currently only plays in Bundesliga 2 was able to force Bayern Leverkusen to play until extra time. And what was even more surprising, FC Koln was able to take the lead over Bayern Leverkusen, although in the end they lost their consistency in the final minutes of the match, which allowed Leverkusen to equalize to 2-2.

I predicted that game Bayer Leverkusen to win FC Cologne and when the game started I was not even scared because I was very sure Bayer Leverkusen will win because they are so inform than FC Cologne so I was looking at the other games I predicted however after the first half I checked the live score and I saw that FC Cologne is winning with 1 zero I was surprised but I still didn't panic because I believed Bayer Leverkusen will score back the second half and they will win but when the second half started FC Cologne score another goal again making it two zero it was at this point I started to panic I was surprised that Bayer Leverkusen will allow FC Cologne to win them just like that so 61 minute later p Schick score 1 for Bayer Leverkusen then my mind came down and then at 90+6 p Schick scored for Bayer Leverkusen again and that was the end of the match and my game cut it was now in addition added time that victor Boniface scored the  winning goal for Bayer Leverkuse, well Bayer Leverkusen did very well in that game the come back was massive, I think at first Bayer Leverkusen took FC Cologne for granted and FC Cologne surprised them it was an interesting game.

Boniface has been great again, and I am sure that he is going to be bought out this summer. There were talks about him leaving last summer already, but they managed to keep him, don't know how but they did. The reason why I believed he would leave was that after a good year, when you want to leave, your stock is high, so you can ask for a lot of salary, and that's why I assumed he would leave, staying one more year means that you are going to risk either playing a bad season and not get paid a lot, or you could end up with an injury which means you may not even leave. So that is why I believed last season would be the time he would leave, during the summer.

But looking at the situation now, he is not injured so far and god forbids he gets injured, and I could also see that he is not going to end up with a bad season neither ,he is already doing fine. So that is why there is a huge chance that Boniface could leave for a much bigger team and make a lot more money.

In my opinion, Leverkusen's chances of winning the game are more than 50%, in the last games in which both teams faced each other, Leverkusen did better than Bayern, and this current Bayern does not convince me that it is better than the current Leverkusen. As I recall since Leverkusen has an increase like last season, the bookies always gives large odds to the 2 teams. And the bookies always favorite Bayern Munich in each meeting of these two teams. But the results always Munich failed to steal victory from Leverkusen. This means that the mentality of Leverkusen players already knows Munich's weaknesses and know what to do at every meeting. While Munich might feel depressed when competing against Leverkusen which ended in a draw or losing.

I don't think, at this point, Leverkusen will give up. I have some confidence in them that they will put in more effort and continue achieving good results. It is true that there is no assurance Bayern Munich will win all their remaining matches. So, if Leverkusen keep getting good results, like earning three points continuously, any time Bayern Munich slips up, it will be a great opportunity for them.

Anyhow, Bayern will be facing Bayer, then Eintracht and Stuttgart so by the end of February they will have just one game left with a team in the top 10, so the championship might really be done by then, despite 9 matches left.
