so i did reclaim the coins got an account on decent GO, all dandy and fancy, even downloaded the client ( on which i have no idea what is the login ) so now i'm curious to see what's next ?

When you logged in into Decent Go:

User Name is your Encrypted alternate (in the Decent Go Dashboard)
Key: Your Private Key (also in the Decent Go Dashboard)

Enjoy the view.. its the first blockchain-based content platform. Sure, it is only beta, and you will not find anything substantial in it. Still, it is a good start for blockchain-technology driven tools. It is like an Atari console. In some months people will say "THAT was good?!", but still, it is really important stuff.

2. DECENT ICO Participants who HAVE already RECLAIMED their accounts:
Go to the DECENT GO page: https://www.decentgo.com/ and create your account. You will find all the necessary information through our support portal: https://decent.ladesk.com/. Please note, it may take up to 7 working days from the date of your account creation to finalize the transfer of your DCT balance. This is due to manual double-checks in the verification protocol for each account. Verifications will be handled in the order in which the accounts are created.

following the above instruction, i created an account, which currently says i have 0 DCT.  but why was a recovery phrase needed from the ico reclaim portal? is that not what was needed in order to transfer the tokens to the decent go wallet?   

I also tried doing a recovery login with my phrase from the ico portal, and that says wrong recovery phrase...

is the GO account should be created with the same email address used for the ico portal?

If you already registered at https://icoreclaim.decentgo.com (this is a must) you just register with the same credentials (same e-mail address) at decentgo.com

At first, your balance will be 0 DCT. Do not worry! They will transfer the coins on the blockchain within hours or maybe days (depends on traffic).

where is the private key???

The private key was displayed at the same time you got the (new) recovery phrase.. I am not sure, but try to set up a recovery phrase.. there you should find both public and private keys.

I used my same e-mail and pass that i did on the re-claim process. My account re-built correctly and but like they said balance is 0 for now until they've started sending out the DCT.

As far as I understood devs no, now you cannot do anything but wait. DCT will come within hours or days. Maybe just lean back, avoid the stress of dump and pump, every ICO investor will make a 20x to 30x profit anyway.

seems that's the case, just create the go account with the same email used to register on the ico portal, and now we just wait

Please help me decent, I think I did something wrong.
I have successfully reclaimed my ICO at icoreclaim.decentgo.com.
Now I tried to create an account on decentgo.com with the same email address. I intended to use the same password as well, but I might have mistyped it or something, because when I got to enter password again to generate recovery phrase it says it is the wrong password.

I have also tried to restore my password with the recovery phrase from the reclaim portal, but it tells me recovery phrase is wrong.

So basically now I can't login to my newly created decentgo.com-account.

I can still access icoreclaim.decentgo.com and view my recovery phrase and balance, but I am unable to login to decentgo.com.

What to do, please help!?

I did the same Fn thing!  Shit!  I used the password creator feature on Safari, but it created a new one on Go.  Now, the password is gone forever, and I cannot login, nor recover my Go account.  I put a ticket into support, but it is going to suck waiting even longer.  I did create another account with a new email, with hopes there was some way to input the old recovery phrase from the ICO crossover thing, but that didn't work.

You cannot login into Decent Go if you did not register on Decent Go.

Just use the same e-mail address and password as on icoclaim and DCT will be delivered to your account within hours or days.

Also confused. In an attempt to confirm that the only thing mapping the reclaim account to decentgo is our email address (and thus the confusion about the necessity of the original recovery phrase), I tired a number of alternatives, below. None of them worked. So by deduction, it seems the accounts will be associated and credited by a common email address alone. It would be reassuring if someone from Decent could confirm this, as after reading of the blog posts and instructions, this doesn't seem to be explained anywhere.

Other attempts to associate the reclaim account to decentgo, for reference (none worked):

- attempt to log in with the same email and password created on the reclaim portal ---> "user not found"  (double checked, it's accurate)
- attempt to log in using "forgot password", then "enter recovery phrase" ---> "Wrong Recovery Phrase" (double checked, it's accurate)
- using "sign up", to create a new account, then looking for something like "import account from recovery phrase" --->don't see any options to import an account
- checked the, "ICO participants section" of the support portal: https://decent.ladesk.com, where I was told "You will find all the necessary information", but the only section there is "ICO Reclaim Portal Instructional Guide"; I don't see anything about how to connect the reclaim account to decentgo.
