Thanks for your information. Can you also please clarify if ICO participants are supposed to login on decent go with their reclaim portal credentials or create a new account on decent go? The majority are confused about this. Many have created a duplicate account on go because we are unable to login with reclaim credentials. Some (myself included) cannot login with the new go account because of problems with the new password creation, and hence cannot generate a new recovery phrase. Password from reclaim portal does not work, nor does the recovery phrase generated from there.

If I understand the adjusted information on your blog correctly, we should login with our reclaim credentials and should not have created a duplicate account. If so, there seems to be a problem preventing us from logging in. Such problems are understandable during a commissioning of such a complex project, but please be transparent and inform us if you are having any issues getting all set up. It will minimize confusion and would probably save you from hundreds of new support tickets.

That being said, I trust you to solve my and other people's problems as fast as you can via the support ticket system, I understand that this is a hectic day for the team.

I went to https://icoreclaim.decentgo.com/ and got my recovery phrase.

Next I went to https://www.decentgo.com/ and tried to log in using the same email and password that i used on https://icoreclaim.decentgo.com/

And I get "user not found".

These are the instructions that are given for ICO participants by yourself, the DECENT team.

Can you please explain to me in simple English how I access my ICO coins.

From programmers perspective, devs should implement some kind of restriction so no one can register new account with email that was used in ICO... also, that "user dont exist" message is confusing... then "sign up" button... etc... huh...

Check out this subreddit post. It includes direct quotes from the team members on slack. It is totally fine if you created a new account with the same e-mail as long as you went through the ICO Reclaim process first.

I can remember when I was waiting to start trading ETH on Kraken in August 2015.
At that time there were tons of FUD posts on this forum, guys bitching about everything - from premine to involvment of "big banks".
Their main argument was "ETH is a bankster coin, premined scam" bla bla...
Also, at launch there were not any GUI wallet, just command line... guys were freaking out...
To make long story short - those techy ones among ICO "investors" managed to dump their coins in range from 4$ all the way down to 0.7$ per coin and felt like a winners.
Others were still bitching how they're ripped off, bla bla...
So, do you really think those 4$ dumpers won the game? ...or maybe those who put their investments aside and waited in silence...
If they sold now at 400$ peak, those patient ones made around 800x return of their investment...
Moral of the story - what's the worry, what's the hurry?
If you cant afford yourself to wait a bit till everything sorts out, you probably made mistake by investing more than you can lose...
Funny thing with this game is - those patient and modest are getting the biggest cake in the end...
Please ignore those posting "big bold red" FUD posts and those who post same nonsense from newbie accounts... they just want your coins for cheap - in perfect situation under ICO price... hold on, stay strong and relax...

newbie account created Feb 2017, I doubt you were here then cause no big banks were involved with ETH back then, although there was no GUI wallet so it was confusing for some to access their coins, but it was easy if you followed instructions.
